    [RESOLVED] Lucky Ace Casino???

    Hi

Not really a complaint yet,but i am needing some opinions on my situation.

i opened an account about a week ago and deposited and did not get any bonus as they say there was a glich in there system and they would look into it.I am a little concerned as i deposited before doing any research of this casino,as i thought 888.com was okay.

So anyway i decide to play without the bonus and told them i did not want it and i would just play my deposit. They sent an email back saying that i would be excluded from any bonuses in the future and if i wanted to chabge this to email them back.

I ended up winning over 1500$ and have requested a payout for 1200$.It was fun to play and win for a change, but should i be worried? When i went to withdraw it said i could reverse it for 3 days ,which i found odd because most casino's are 24 hours.I think i have done evrything right and in no way abused anything.I have takin all the screen shots from my big win to cashout screen. Is there anything else i should do besides wait?

    Thank you for any input

Sit tight, and DON'T REVERSE IT!!!!!!!!!!

They are under intense scrutiny, and are unlikely to get away with voiding your nice win with any of their "promotional abuse" arguments.

As they have removed you from the bonus list anyway, and you had trouble getting it credited at first, it looks like you escaped lightly, as it is likely you had already been "flagged" and this is why you were not able to get the bonus in the first place.

When ("IF" seems unlikely) you get paid, just uninstall the casino and go elsewhere. If they think you are a legitimate player, and not a "bonus abuser", THEY will be in contact WITH YOU, and will offer you readmittance to the bonus list.

I second what VWM said, let it work it's way through "the system." From what we've been seeing lately there's good reason to believe you'll be paid fairly if a little slowly. If there's a problem report back here.

Thank you both for your advise

I am breathing a little easier after your words of advise and more in-site to these guys.

As you all know when you finally do hit a big win(About 750x my betting as i am a small $2-3 a spin bettor)it is nice to not worry about getting paid and what kind of b.s the casino is going to use to get away with not paying you.

One more question is i noticed they have a seperate "icg"(or something like that)logo which seems to be a watchdog site.Is it legite? And these guys arn't really as bad as the virtual group or others like that right?

The ICG thing doesn't mean much, especially since it only appeared after they were forced to remove a bogus eCOGRA seal. As to your other questions I suggest to have a look at this v e r y l o n g thread. It'll bring you up to date on the Lucky Ace situation, if you don't die of old age before you finish reading it all.

IGC is the acronym for the Interactive Gaming Council which is a trade association more than a watchdog, and has a weak record when it comes to player complaints.

    Good advice from VWM, btw.

Just thought i would update the situation

I am really happy to say that i got paid today via bank wire.It only took 5 business days after they processed it(3 days to make sure you were not going to reverse the withdraw). Also my total withdraw was $1150 and they only took off $30 for the fee, which i think is good because "Willhill" takes the same.

I know others have had problems with this place but maybe since i did not get the bonus it was easier to withdraw.I will say they never once answered my emails, but i do think i may play there again.

Thank-you again fo the inputs on the situation.I really do appreciate the help

I don't like the ethics of 888's 3 day withdrawal policy, it encourages people to reverse a withdrawal and try their luck. Good for them from a business perspective, but doesn't really promote responsible gambling - we all get tempted to keep playing after a winning session, but those of us have a little less will power may allow temptation to get the better of them.

I think 24 hours is plenty enough time to change your mind - even if it isn't, you can simply redeposit if you have the funds available. If you don't have the funds available, it begs the question - should you be gambling with your winnings...

Just my POV but because of this, I avoid any site that makes you wait longer than 24 hours

    As should everyone...

There's a good selection of extremely reputable and fast paying casinos out there... It astonishes me that people still play at places that aren't.
