Unhappy hi all and can anyone pleeeease help

    hi all,
i'm munchiemoo and this is my first visit.
i don't think there is much i can do but i'm going to explain my situation as best i can and hope for the best.
about 5 weeks ago i joined up with a casino, one i believe with a good reputation.
anyway what happened is that i used someone else's credit card, with permission, and then i had a win.
i had made 8 deposits of $100 usd and on my last deposit i won over $7000 usd.
because i was new to this i was unaware that you couldn't use someone else's card.
after my win my account was locked. when i found out why i provided letters of proof that i had permission to use the card.
i was then told that financial department had approved letters but i was not to use them again and i had to provide photo id.
as i don't have photo id i provided a statuary declaration with my photo on it. this was not approved so i have been in the process of getting photo id.
for over 4 weeks i was getting the run around from support staff, via phone and email, that financial department had still not made a decision. i asked if my account would be ok until i provided photo id and was told yes.
but this was not so as a few days ago i received an email saying that the money deposited had been returned to the card and my account closed and i could not have my winnings.
first of all why have they let 8 deposits go through if this cant be done, and second i know that they would never of returned that $800 if i hadn't won.
it took financial department over 4 weeks to decide to return this money, and i believe this is how long it took them to work out a way not to pay me.
now they say because the money has been returned, not including the win obviously, that the case is closed as is my account and thats the end of it.
can i do anything at all? i have threatened legal action with no sucsess and feel they have won.
i made a huge error in using another card but i really feel the casino has been extremely unfair and unjust.
can anyone help or offer advise as i would very much appreciate both.

Me personally...I've been playing with them now for about 4-5 years I guess and have never had a single issue with them or for that matter any issue with the Grand Prive Group either...

I dont want to burst any bubbles here, but when you signed up with Alljackpots there is a section that states you can only deposit using your own funds, ie Credit card.

This falls under fraud and you being in Australia also falls under some money Laundering laws.

I have played at Alljackpots and can say my own personal experience with them has been nothing short of Proffesional.
Paid fast, had to send my ID in and was verified with 48 hours, customer support is can be lacking but when you pump out promotions then it will be busy.

A-LOT of casino's abide by this aswell not only alljackpots, we also need to think from the casino's popint of view here, they can also get in big trouble for taking these payments.
And before we start by saying well why did they accept the payment in the first place 8-times, all new applications get checked over by the operators to make sure everything looks legit, you would have signed up and prolly made those 8 deposits before the operator could actually see that you deposited using someone elses card, the protocol for a casino in this case is to return the funds to the credit card and in some caese close your account.

I really do feel for you here as you have actually won HEAPS of money , but this money was not really yours to begin with

You should have just opened the account in your friends name, but you play (provided you got there permission of course).
