    Eurogrand Payment Problem

Iīm trying now to cash out at Eurogrand Casino since 01/20. The casino support requested me to send a copy of my ID card to proof my identity. This is a standard procedure and is ok for me, even I have cashed out there before and Iīm sure they are having my documents from earlier cashouts.

So I did sent my documents again, seven times at all, to different email adresses from Eurogrand. Some returned undeliverable and some went through. So I am sure they recieved the documents.

However, they declined my cashout twice since then, last time today.

Iīm posting this to warn other players to be careful with Eurogrand Casino.

If anyone has an idea how to resolve this, I would be glad to hear from you.

hi, i played there also on a few places even though i read the warnings everywhere. They didn't want to pay me also and i solved it although it took me over 2 weeks. Try to talk with the livechat and let them confirm that the documents hit their inbox (sending them 2/3times short every eachother is a possibility.) You didn't mention the reason why they wont pay. They told me that i had a different bonus than i said i had (they said slots bonus). And also that i had to play another hugh amount for the WR. I hope you printscreened the livechat window, you can tell them (like i did) that you have everything in writings. Also you can tell them that if they dont want to pay your (honest!?) earnt money that you are going to post messages on gambling forums like this one. (mention names, the know the names and what will happen.) After i did this, they paid within 3 days without an effort from my side.
    Good luck...

    I assume it's eurograndcasino.NET you're talking about, yes?

Anybody know anything about these guys? There's precious little info on the site.

EuroGrand is a casino of CPays affiliate program, which I don't trust, and I don't trust all casinos of CPays. Just my 2 cents...

You didn't mention the reason why they wont pay.
Sorry, I didnīt point that out clear enough: They refuse to pay me because they say they did not recieve the copy of my ID card.

Like I said before: They got them and they have them.

It is eurogrand.com and it is a cpays group casino. I played them often and had never a problem to cashout there cause Iīm always following the rules.

    Thanks for all your input.

Thing is...I never had problems as a player with them before. I know, they donīt pay affiliates sometimes...but players?

I played often at different cpay casinos without any probs. Well..now maybe they īre going downhill much fast.

How ironic - as I was investigating the affiliate link that the spammer "boomboomer" posted, which took me to Joyland casino's website, a popup opened up promoting Eurogrand casino - so they are indeed CPays scum.
