Unhappy 32 Vegas Casino Never Reply!!!

    Hi there,

I am currently with 32Vegas casino and wanted to withdraw my winnings. However, the verification link does not seem to get sent to may address (if its being sent at all). I then e-mailed them a few times and there was no response. Then I tried their live chat and there was NO respose again! I am relitively new to the casino community and so did not know that they were rogue, until I visited this site.

I guess I was a bit naive in thinking that they would pay me quickly and reply to my e-mails. Are there not laws which prevent casinos from doing this?

I guess what I want to know is...am I fighting a lost cause or is there anything I can do?

    Thanks,

    David

Unfortunately you played in a rogue casino
    http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/32Vegas.php
I don't know how to help you.
They say that they are licensed in Kahnawake, but in Permit Holders on the official site xhttp://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/ I can't find them.

Yep it took over 2 weeks and 15-20 emails before I got paid last year. Very frustrating. I'd never go near them again.

Hi i playd there about four months ago took 3 months to get paid. But only because i couldnt get my security docs to them. They were getting the emails because they wasnt returned to me.

So i played on after every attemp like play money when i had nothing else i only made a $20 deposit and ended up cashing out $300.

So the reason i couldnt cash out was that i kept sending my security docs 3 off them in one email.

So after anouther realy long chat with online support the chat op said have you tried sending them in indivudally, And i did and pronto within the hour i got 3 emails saying there all on file.

Now i put in for my cashout over the christmas holiday maybe a day before christmas eve and 3 days later i got paid. So thats 3 days exactly afer i got the emails saying docs were on file.

Now my problem with this is. Why the hell did they not reply to any off my attemps off sending in my docs.

They only had to send one email saying we got the message but files couldnt attach jeez bad customer support.

But was happy with the end result.

Now to help out Woodybrown i think somewhere on there homepage theres some kind off link where you can validate your email address with them.

Now i didnt know when i gamed there that they were on the rouge list.
But i dont know if i would again. Dont realy like playtechs. But a 3 day cashout from a playtech was nice.

So what did you say in the e-mails? Ye I want to collect my money as soon as possible (if I can) and run as far away from them as I can. I sent an e-mail to the kahnawake gaming commission asking if Vegas32 are licenced with them, and informing them to what 32Vegas are doing. They quickly reponded by sending this:

Yes they are licensed by us.

The Kahnawake Gaming Commission has received your e-mail. It would be our pleasure to assist you at this time.

As stated in the Regulations Concerning Interactive Gaming (#251), a complaint must be in writing, state the complainant’s name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The complaint should also give appropriate DETAILS (dates, amounts, game, username/member ID, etc.), as well as the URL (web address) of the site you’re inquiring about.

To see the Regulations Concerning Interactive Gaming in its entirety please feel free to visit the Regulations page on our website (http://www.kahnawake.com/gamingcommission/ ).

    Thank you.

Any ideas on how I should word my complaint?

    Thanks,
    David

Ye I press the verification link and it says that the code has been sent to my e-mail address. However it has not. So I pressed it several more times and still nothing. So I e-mailed them again...useless!!!

Hi again maybe keep trying live chat I find at some playtechs not just 32vegas you cant get support. Or pm me your email address and i will send it to them. Or you can get a google or msn email address and send them your email address to validate.

Normally we don't have much luck getting player issues dealt with at Kanahwake but we may have found a new line of communication to them when we were in London at ICE this past week.

In light of that my suggestion is to follow the "Pitch A Bitch" link you'll find in my signature and complete that process.
