Angry [RESOLVED] Still Waiting for GRAND PRIVE

I posted a thread about a month ago about no/slow pay from Grand Prive, waiting for $2000.00 and $1200.00 payouts, they e-mailed me and asked me to change over to an ACH credit transfer, claiming it would expedite the payments. Two days after my cancel of the check it arrives in the mail (Now worthless paper)! But Grand prive assured me that the ACH transfer would happen in a matter of days.....Now its been three weeks (a total of seven weeks) waiting for the ACH credit (they even requested a voided check) as they could not get the tracking numbers or account numbers right. What in hell is going on with these people? does anyone have the skinny on these folks issue or am I out $3200.00. Is there an easier way to get paid?

Sadly not. The check arriving after such a delay is NOT to do with the mail, but all to do with their processor lying about having already posted the check. This makes it looks lost, which has driven you to cancel it. Had you been told the true date the check was REALLY posted, you would probably not have had it cancelled until the delay was too long from the ACTUAL time of posting. It is also possible that the check was no good anyway, as processors are changing all the time. Clearly, they are having the same problems with the ACH, and I don't think they have been honest about how "easy" this option is. Other casinos have made it clear that ACH is NO LONGER an option because it is too difficult.
There are other suggestions in the section set aside for US players having similar problems.

    slow and ignorant

I waited over 2 months for my withdrawal from Grand Prive. I wrote Ecogra and they were a big help but I still had to wait a month for my ACH after they got involved.

When you get your ACH and I do believe it will come as long as you irritate them enough, it won't be the exact amount you withdrew. It will be $5-10 less... some odd amount with change. You can write them and they will deposit the difference into your casino account but it won't be right either.

I used to boast about the great Grand Prive.... not anymore. Good luck Log!

    Resolved!

After waiting over two months, I've finally recieved my withdraws totalling $3960. after over 50 pages of corospondance and untold numbers of phone conversations I was finally able to get my winnings. without going into the ugly details, it was "Tina" of there customer service that understood and corrected so much of the internal confusion that these folks are suffering from. Someone stated in a thread that grand prive is suffering from management issues, well, I must agree, they dont take the time to emediately address customer concerns when it comes to payout issues...Hence a 60+ day wait for winnings.....my money is going elsewhere!
