Or maybe if someone is a newbie here, they could be made to post a bond that would be forfeit if they are fraudster.

I wish the members would be more inquisitive and open minded assuming nothing... maybe some of these guys would shake out before Bryan had to bother with their bullsh*t.

And I still think they should have to read the rogue player section... that mixed with some kind of consequences in addition to baniishment might help. How about publishing IP and real names in a section? Something, anything, just please don't let these turds disable one of the most important powers of this sight!

The problem is that most of the players who either post complaints or PAB fail to read the instructions - and they are clear as can be.

Many don't read casino terms and conditions, and then they post/PAB disregarding the rules here just as well. It's pretty frustrating.

Thumbs up to you Bryan!! Sometimes it sucks just doing the right thing, but that is what makes you different from the others. You have made the choice that you are above that petty shit. Think about all of the individuals you have helped through the years, don't let one ass screw you up.
I was thinking that you should post the PAB complaints in a section and len let forum members ask questions and comment before you become too involved. I am sure in most cases the forum can weed out the junk quickley.

No haste. I'm working on three week's worth at the moment. Apparently there is something wrong when users cannot follow instructions. Either the instructions are not clear enough or too difficult to follow.

I'm rethinking the PAB section - it won't go away, it's only suspended at the moment. I have never accepted a dime from members to do this. Some would send me things from my wish list, but I prefer people to donate whatever they may get out of it to the Donate Now page:

This gets little to no traffic, by the way.

What sucks the most is that some members abuse the hell out of it. Even though I clearly state that I will honor a PAB for any casino (except casinos in the rogue pit) for the FIRST PAB. For any other PABs, they have to involve a casino listed in the Accredited section. I have some members who constantly PAB on known rogue casinos or no name casinos 3, 4, sometimes 5 times.

No one should ever need to fill out a PAB. There are many players here who are members of the forum or the newsletter who have never had to deal with complaining.

I list the PABs here, http://www.casinomeister.com/pitchabitch/index.php but to have members give input on each complaint would be mind-numbing difficult. You know as well as I do that a complaint is one side of the coin. Many people are not privy to both sides of the issue, and especially dealing with fraud, casinos are very tight-lipped on how the fraudsters are identified. They would never disclose this in public.

As for now, pitch a bitchers are free to use the forum (following forum protocol) and I'll take it from there - probably.

It would help if casinos themselves would put their houses in order. Many are happy to try almost anything to screw over the hapless player, and CR do not exactly have a clear concience.
Had this been about 32Red, I expect the OP would have had a harder time convincing the forum his case had merits. He even admitted to using a third party "robot", and he must be a "pro" to even know of a Microgaming version - The only one I have ever heard of was one for 888.com that played it's Blackjack for the then SUB - before they made it 200x playthrough.

    Geez that sucks Bryan

After being around the traps for a while, you get to see the signs of someone partaking in literary masturbation - and this guy stood out like a blind carpenters' thumb.

If it looks like a turd, and smells like a turd........

Good points, all. And i sure wasn't suggesting that everyone put on a deputy meister badge. But i will do my part as long as I'm here. And in that same breath I want to recognize Pina and ChuChu and others for the work they've done.

There is no reason that Meister Members can't help out new posters - ask about T&C, inform about this website and all of the info available. I don't mean that a new poster with a complaint should have to run a gauntlet or count coup, just be informed before involving the PaB process.

I've suggested PaB often, and will be more careful in the future.
