I think my money counts as good and stolen by now. I don't think there is any legal recourse for any of us, even if we banded together. My only goal now is to spread awareness about the Virtual Casino Group's dishonest practices.

As someone who has seen it from the other side. The best thing to do is NOT make "awareness" I know this sounds strange, but I was there and saw it over and over again. The more times there were complaints on boards about the casinos, within hours the casinos picked up action. Eventually down the road I am sure the publicity will hurt them, but short term it does not bother them at all. It is like the old advertising adage goes "there is no bad publicity, just spell my name right".
I would suggest if you are going to complain about them, do not put links or easy ways people can get to their sites. It is funny how many players want to be the "only player" paid on time and no hassles from the casino. That is worth more to the player than betting on the slots.

While I respect your views in this matter, you have to look at it on the other foot. If nobody were to post warnings/complaints about these casinos, then all one would see is posts from the small percentage of players that actually did get paid. If that's the only posts they end up seeing, then they're more apt to dive into a rogue casino (not just the Virtual group) head first without any worry of getting paid.

Of course the complaints/warnings posts will still be there, but if nobody kept bumping up those types of threads, a new player would seem to believe that the non-payment issues were a thing of the past and not to be worried about now.

So, I guess the only way to win against the rogues (in forums, anyways) is to simply not post anything about them at all, good or bad. So how about we let resting dogs lie, and quit talking about them altogether.

Not pointing fingers or anything, because there's more than one group involved, but IMO if someone comes to the defense of these casinos stating that they had no problems getting paid, then one does need to step up and remind others (newbies) that it's a rare occurrence and definitely not the norm.

At first it was given to me a deposit bonus by using bonus code
Then i get another different bonus code "2nd chance" it calls so i used it. After that i made deposit by neteller.
I won about 5800$ then i lost about 1800$, so i decided to withdraw left money.(4k$)

After about 2 weeks of waiting for this transfer my account on casion has been blocked, and on neteller they sent me only value of my first deposit !

They explained this using c&t 15.16:
