Yeah, I've given up
I think my money counts as good and stolen by now. I don't think there is any legal recourse for any of us, even if we banded together. My only goal now is to spread awareness about the Virtual Casino Group's dishonest practices.

As someone who has seen it from the other side. The best thing to do is NOT make "awareness" I know this sounds strange, but I was there and saw it over and over again. The more times there were complaints on boards about the casinos, within hours the casinos picked up action. Eventually down the road I am sure the publicity will hurt them, but short term it does not bother them at all. It is like the old advertising adage goes "there is no bad publicity, just spell my name right".
I would suggest if you are going to complain about them, do not put links or easy ways people can get to their sites. It is funny how many players want to be the "only player" paid on time and no hassles from the casino. That is worth more to the player than betting on the slots. |

I was cheated by cirruscasino !!!: 4k$$$$
At first it was given to me a deposit bonus by using bonus code Then i get another different bonus code "2nd chance" it calls so i used it. After that i made deposit by neteller. I won about 5800$ then i lost about 1800$, so i decided to withdraw left money.(4k$) After about 2 weeks of waiting for this transfer my account on casion has been blocked, and on neteller they sent me only value of my first deposit ! They explained this using c&t 15.16: " Please note that all promotions are only available ONCE per person, family, household, address, email address, credit card number and shared computers, i.e. university, fraternity, school, public library or workplace. A customer may only have one account in their name. Use or creation of multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and may result in the forfeiture of ALL bonus funds received and winnings derived from such bonuses." I didnt have multi acounts, I've got only one acount in this casino. From few days support ignore all my emails! I warning you! Do not make deposits on this casino! DONT PLAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Dont play at PRISMCASINO
Hi, one year ago, deposit some money at prism casino (in my honeymoon lol). Received one bonus, with not max cashout, so we satart play, win $1500 in cleopatra, then $1200 in goldenbear , hit one jackpot, so my total was $7000. So start to cashout, when start it the problem was start. In the first week, Chris Dángelo change my status to special player, these after see that i want to cashout $7000, becouse before that I can cashout $3000 per week. So with these $%$&/&%$"· change i can only cashout $500 per week. They dont respects their rules. And the time go and go, the week will be month and month, and they never payme more than $900. So I decide not play here anymore. Sorry for my english, I speak spanish lol.

Since it sounds like you are getting paid something (or have been getting paid something) BE THANKFUL for what ever you do get from him! look around the forum (follow this link.. there are a bunch of "cirrus" complaints here http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...earchid=329450and see how many players have NEVER been paid by good ol "Chris D'angelo" and yet another of his Rogue Casino's http://www.casinomeister.com/rogue/index.php. Please check out this list of accredited casinos. http://www.casinomeister.com/casinos.php There is really nothing anyone can do to help you get paid.... unless you stick to the list of accredited. sorry. I do wish you luck and hope they continue payments. although that would surprise me.
