Just a heads up that I have not had time to take care of any PABs since I've been back. I should be able to tackle these early next week. If it turns out that the Virtual group is lagging behind - then this won't be good.

Most of the issues that have been brought up over the last couple of months have been taken care of. But it looks like there are a number of loose ends that are still hanging around.

Give me until early next week and I should have this sorted.

When will people finally learn? The whole Virtual group (including Cirrus, Bet Royal, Palace of Chance etc.) is a totally unreliable and you should under no circumstances deposit any more there that you are ready to donate these crooks. I am not kidding. If you win you have to beg for your winnings for a long time and if you are not willing to wait, you will never get paid. If you deposit too much, you will not most likely even get your deposit back within the first 6 months.

I feel I should post this link again. This is a blog from a person who claims he has worked for the Virtual Group. He shares insights that reveal what kind of operation Virtual Group is running. This casino group has also history of harrassing players and threatening them physically over phone.

IMHO Virtual Group being removed from Casinomeister's Rogue list and put on probation is a joke. This group never learns - and why should they? There seems to be always ignorant players who are more than willing to hand over their money.

Wise words. However these casinos have a very effective marketing system which often tricks the player believing in the casino is reliable. Research pays off.

Hastings is the licensing entity that oversees and issues license to RTG operators in order for them to use the software. Hastings is replacing Montana Overseas - which also ran a disputes center to resolve player issues for RTG casinos.

I've been informed today that Hastings should be up and running by next week. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Most of the complaints that have been dealt with are from either prior to this meeting or right afterwards. Fair is fair, if some casino group is tying to make a legitimate effort to clean shop, I should give them the opportunity to do so and prove themselves. But again - one two - three strikes you're out; I'll be taking another look at this in the next week or so to try and determine if they have been sincere.

I never did get this problem solved, so I am pulling it up again.
And again, let me remind everyone that I made this deposit in 2006, before they were considered to be evil.
I have been bugging Cirrus with chats and emails about paying me. I have sent them clear proof that I was given a fully cashable bonus. They haven't paid me at all in many many months. I have completely given up on online casinos now thanks to these guys. It has been so frustrating trying to get them to honor their agreement. Today I am back here posting after a long hiatus because finally today in a chat with Cirrus, they confirmed that they will not be ever paying me my money. $18,000 stolen from me. I told him in the chat that I will spread the word as much as possible about their evilness. So here I am. My hope is that eventually they will pay me my money if I keep spreading word of the lying and stealing. But even if they don't pay me, atleast I can hope to cause them well over $18,000 in damage over the years. I have been out of touch with the online gambling community for many months now. Is there another good way other than casinomeister to spread the word and/or hope to get my money back? Anything like Montana now, that actually works? Thank you very much.

Ive started back working on my Horse Poker site. For those who dont know, H.O.R.S.E is a game combining 5 different poker disciplines. Holdem, Omaha hi/lo, Razz, Stud & Eights or better (stud hi/lo)
