over 2 months later, still not paying me like they agreed. and to add to it, they removed my $18,000 bonus as if it was non-cashable. but they clearly agreed that it was cashable when i deposited for it. i already PAB'd on this one so i can't PAB again. plus, i'm worried they'll now be even worse without neteller option now.

and just a reminder that my deposit was almost a year ago, before they were so evil.

How much did they talk you into depositing?

well, it shouldn't have been a trap to begin with. when i deposited, they weren't considered so evil. that is more recent. i only deposited once, 11 months ago. so i haven't fallen into more traps in the last 11 months, but they continue with the traps. what course should i stay?

here, i copy and paste the important part of our chat march 28th. i also have the screenshot of the T&C's of the site from when i signed up, saying the same limits of $3000/week and $12000/month.
also, they have not been responding to recent emails asking about getting paid now that neteller is not an option. At 12,000/month i should have been paid in full by last summer. Instead, I haven't even received my deposit back, let alone my winnings, and 18,000 was removed from my account without explanation.

chester: Okay, so I deposit $17,000 from neteller, $7,000 from firepay. A 150% bonus with 40x wagering requirements on any games, right?
Christine: yes, all games except baccarat, pontoon 21, caribbean 21 and craps
    chester: And fully cashable?
    Christine: yes
    Christine: that is the deal
chester: Also, what will the weekly withdrawel limit be?
Christine: our regular is 3k but let's see how you do, accounting increases payments depending on how you do.. if you end up cashing out a lot it is a fact that they will not keep you waiting forever as they will want to get you back playing as soon as possible
chester: Okay. So until then, I can withdraw $3000 per week?
Christine: well, you cannot cashout until you meet the playthourgh and depending on how you do they will decide but the regular for all players is 3k
chester: Sorry, I meant after meeting the wagering requirements.
Christine: after you meet the wagering they will analyze your account and then will let you know how much you will be getting
chester: I definitely didn't expect you to let me cashout a $36000 bonus without betting. haha! You'd be the greatest casino ever!
    Christine: hehehe
    Christine: yeah, I bet!
chester: Okay, but it will be atleast $3000 per week then, right?
    Christine: yes
    Christine: that is rught
    Christine: oops.. right
chester: Okay. This all sounds good. Thank you
    Christine: not a problem

Maybe it's just me, but I would seen a problem with:

chester: Also, what will the weekly withdrawel limit be?
Christine: our regular is 3k but let's see how you do, accounting increases payments depending on how you do.. if you end up cashing out a lot it is a fact that they will not keep you waiting forever as they will want to get you back playing as soon as possible
She's contradicting herself. If you end up cashing out a lot, they want to KEEP YOU WAITING longer; increasing the chances that you will reverse some, if not all, of the withdraw.

She's also (in my mind) saying whatever she thinks you want to hear.

For future reference, take screenshots of chats such as this. One could say that these logs were fabricated. I'm not saying that they are, but the casino could say this and probably get away with it pretty easily.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

it was much easier to just copy and paste into here, but yes, have done screenshots of chat too. and also T&C from when i signed up which clearly said 3000/week as well.
and in what i posted above, she clearly answered yes to getting paid 3000/week.

ugh! good luck getting paid. Although I do think that even cirrus wants to keep their non-US business so they do have some incentive to (slow) pay you.
