The delay was not the RTG end, Ms Sloto admitted it took them 24 hours after she requested it. That's an absolutely acceptable amount of time if it had already automatically happened as a matter of course. Like it seemingly has here.

In this thread, I'm kind of ok with what they've done under the circumstances - even though the whole max cashout thing is garbage.
My impression was that it was replaced quickly after the cashout was audited.

Nobody showed any proof it wasn't, as the OP only checked once, and nobody else has any data. It may well have gone off again in those weeks, which is why it was low again.

Maybe the rep could clear that up?
