    Angry Silver Oak Casino

Please hold while I check your account, thank you for your patience!
Jake : I am so sorry , it is not possible to credit this reward since your last transaction was a free bonus
Jake : Please contact us back after your next deposit to get it
luvmycop: they called me yesterday and told me they put that in .. i didnt ask them or tell them too
luvmycop: so they put that in so i couldnt claim my crewpon??
Jake : Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one no-deposit bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.
luvmycop: i did not redeem that they called yesterday and said they put a 50 bonus in my account I DID NOT TELL THEM TO OR ASK THEM TOO
Jake : I am so sorry , all players are aware of our terms , you could have denied it ,
    Jake : not played it
Jake : I wish I could change those rules , but I have to follow them just like you
luvmycop: THATS FINE I WILL UNINSTALL THIS PROGRAM AND GO ELSE WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER PUT THAT IN WITHOUT ME ASKING OR TELLING THEM TO.. LITTLE SHADY THAT THEY CALLED ME AND PUT THAT IN KNOWING THAT I HAD A CREWPON CODE WORTH 500.. REALLY THINK ABOUT IT
Jake : You can contact our retention department tomorrow
Jake : They credited , maybe they can do something about it
luvmycop: THEY CAN CONTACT ME IF THEY WANT TO CONTINUE HAVING ME AS PLAYER .

Sorry about that situation. Maybe you don't know it, but the rouge-ness that you will likely experience there isn't surprising, that casino is in the Casinomeister rogue section.

Silver Oak is a rogue casino, it's one of the rebranded Crystal Palace group which were about on par with Virtual. Chances are even if you had gotten the coupon and won, you wouldn't have gotten paid anyhow.

    Deposit $1
    Lose it
Ask again for the free $500

I am surprised they didn't just credit it, and then use this against you months later when you won so that they could wriggle out of paying

    Silver Oak

I recently played at Silver Oak and cashed $600. Withdrawl was requested on 11/6...approved on 11/11. I received a tracking email on 11/30. Received a no fee check drawn on a Denver bank on 12/2...check cleared on 12/7.

I have been a member here for a long time and I known casinos earn their rogue status...I felt obliged to share my decent treatment.

Taking almost a month to receive a check is "decent"???

    Are you serious?

Anyone reading this should see this as yet another reason for them being rogued.

One month for $600. Doing the math, that's $20 per day - so if you won $6000 it would take 300 days or appx 10 months to get paid - or alternatively, never.

    Silver Oak

Decent = Getting paid...minimal hassle...I don't know how to get paid instantly by check. If you do...I'm listening.

Don't even bother suggesting one of the third party go-betweens (paypal, quick tender, etc)...DOJ clay pidgeons. Last Slotastic (approved with CM) withdrawl check took 12 days to process, btw.

No offence, but do you read the forums at all?

Club world processes much faster than that.....members are receiving cheques in about a week. Inetbet sends within 48hrs tops, 3dice send same day, just name a few.

Slotastic may be accredited, but they have doubled their waiting time recently so players should consider this before playing. IMO their payout policy should be grounds to revoke that accreditation but that's not my call.

If you want to keep waiting a month for your money, they by all means do so, but don't make it seem like you have no choice because you do.

Ever notice how "No offense" is followed by something offensive??? LOL

Don't worry, this duck has thick skin.

I have played at Club World and Inetbet, but alas...did not win...I will put their speedy check delivery in my memory bank...thanks.

Maybe we are having a language problem. When I say "decent", I'm not inferring that a naked woman showed up the next day with gold bullion...that would be "excellent".

    Cheers...
