    Bigest Loser Contest (Vertual Group)

My contest story that was supposed to be published on facebook from SLOTS OF VAGAS Biggest loser contest for votes. But they it never made it.I wonder why? They are of the same group as coolcat, and they dont want to let others see how they really play the game.

Last year on New years eve I made a few small deposites in diffrent casinos to try my luck.I used a 300% code with no max cash out or restrictions, and made a $30 deposite. I was losing.I was just going to make a second deposite of $30 when i got a phone call from the casino. The man said that he noticed i was losing,so they have "funded" my account with $30.So instead of making that deposite,i played with the $30 Was playing "naught or nice" Omg i "hit" the random jackpot over $14,000.I went to the withdrawl section and withdrew $10,000.All seemed to go well, and I went trough all the things that i was asked. The next day i got a email stating that my request was "denied" They said i used a "free chip" I couldent believe this was happening. There was no mention of a "chip" or rules on that money, but they would not pay.

I went trought 3 weeks of letters, and starting writing complaints on every form i could find. After a month of endless emails they finally offered me 1/10 of my winnings or nothing.I ended up with $1000.That was the biggest win I ever lost.

    What do you think?

Sad, but thats just how they work.
SOV are as rogue as it gets, and sneaking in free chips with 1x max. cashout is just normal policy there.
I think you got very lucky that they offered you 1000.-, I'm actually surprised that they did that.
Did they ever pay you that money?
If so, be glad, lesson learned, uninstall and run for the hills!

How fortunate, for the casino, that a $10.000 "jackpot" was won on a "free" chip AGAIN. I can't believe how "lucky" they are.
That anyone even want to touch those RTG outfits is beyond me.

Do you think operators can "make" a jackpot go off when someone is playing a free chip?

Given the amount of free chips with max cashouts awarded, it is to be expected that some Jackpots will be hit whilst playing them. It beggars belief why anyone playing with a free chip would touch a game with a RJ over $2k....its just asking for heartache.

Virtual wouldn't need to employ such a function (if one even exists) as they probably wouldn't pay if you were playing without a bonus anyway.

I don't know much about the RTG platform, but it is entirely possible for a 'manual' hit to occur on a jackpot engine. I'm not saying this is the case with RTG or any other online platform, but merely that the function exists.

It's hard to say what I think without getting highly emotive about it.

I'll just say that anyone playing at any Virtual Group Casino - free chip or real money - it just supporting this criminal organisation and helping them to rip-off more unsuspecting players.
The actions of this rogue group really make me want to vomit...

Just an example - SIP (Systems in progress)

Have a look at Manual Jackpot Operations.

    Manual Jackpot Operations
In cases of emergency, you can

Manually increase or decrease the current jackpot value (all jackpot types)
Reset hits to unlock the EGD (all jackpot types)
Manually generate hits if the machine did not send the hit information to the system (Progressives)

Seems to me it can only be done when there is some kind of communication error between EGD and system i.e. the jackpot hits on the machine but signal doesn't make it to progressive system. It does not state it can be manually set off at all, just that the operator can stimulate the jackpot if the hit appears on the machine.

What is described above is not evidence that operators can watch who is playing and make a certain player win. It's not even close.

Again, there will always be hits on RJs with free chips because so many are handed out, and also because players tend to bet bigger with free money and hence increase their chances compared to their normal play.

Reputable operators replace the jackpot minus the max cashout when this occurs anyway. Operators that keep the money are rogue IMO as it is robbing other players.

If anyone has any data about what percentage of RJs are hit with a free chip I would be most interested. In my experience, most hits are not on free chips and thus fully payable.

    Wait a moment....

Nobody said it was 'Evidence' that operators can watch and make a certain player win... My statement was explicitly aimed at saying that "it is entirely possible for a 'manual' hit to occur on a jackpot engine" - irrelevant of the circumstances surrounding the hit ... It is possible.
