Do I have a legitimate complaint with Parbet?

Hello everyone. I recently had all my winnings voided and deposit returned from Parbet. I would prefer to deal directly with a rep, but I dont see one on here.

Here is what happened. They are removing my winnings because they say I broke the rule of you can only bet 10% of your bonus. I took a bonus of $150 and brought my balance up to over $4,000 with some lucky slot spins. All winnings were bets under 10% of my bonus. Then at some point I believe I left the game and when I came back the default setting for this game is a $25 bet. I accidently hit spin 2 times before I noticed I was betting $25. In these 2 hands, I got $20 back on 1 spin and 0 on the other. These 2 hands is why they are taking all my winnings.

While technically I know that I did break this 10% rule, it was by accident and had zero effect on my overall winnings. My winnings had nothing to do with breaking this rule. I feel it is pretty dirty of the casino to take all my winnings because of this technicality. Do I have a legitimate claim to pitch a bitch?

If this is really what happend i think they shouldn't void the winnings. It would be a case of really screwing someone over a clear mistake.

I don't know the casino in question but if it's a respectable one it wouldn't do this. Not if you already got your balance to $4000 without breaking any rules.

You can try to PAB, but please keep in mind that EVERYTHING will be checked. If there is more to this case i think it's wise to mention it upfront.

    Good luck!
... and proud of it !

Parbet is part of the Intercasino Group.
I'm not 100% sure, but I would think their rep could help you, or if not, point you in the right direction.
So please send the Intercasino representative a Private Message about your problem by following this link: CasinoTom

After giving them a reasonable amount of time, if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.

Repro - No there is nothing else, those 2 spins of $25 are why they are seizing my winnings.

KasinoKing - Thank you very much for your help. I sent CasinoTom and ryan_hartley a message. I always thought Parbet was a good casino, and I am hoping this issue is from an over energetic support rep and not the normal way they operate.

I think this is one of those rare cases where some slack should be given.

It is obvious the OP wasn't trying to "advantage play" so the casino should look at the bigger picture.

However, rules are rules and technically the casino has the right to deny the winnings.

My feeling is that every casino who voids winnings based on this - of course assuming this is really the reason - should be rogued immediately forever.

This clearly looks like a genuine mistake, which can very easily happen if the bets are set high as a standard when opening a slot. It wouldn't be the first time when i make a bet of $10 instead of the usual $1 because of a small delay or clicking too fast by accident.

This just happens because the standard bets are reset when you close the slot. Of course you should check the betsize and the casino can not be held responsible for money you lose on this, but they should NEVER use this to void winnings on a bonus this way. Naturally the exception is if it happens on purpose, but that be filtered quite easy.

This looks more like a case of T&C-abuse by the casino

I'm hoping the rep can find a resolution for you.

Default settings for bets this size are just accidents waiting to happen.

Parbet Casino reserves the right to refuse withdrawals, remove bonus money and winnings without notice and lock all accounts of players found abusing this rule.
Note that the Casino "reserves" the right, they don't have to choose to exercise it. I would think that two bets, made because default settings exceed allowed bets, and especially where the player did not profit from the play, are far from the player "abusing this rule."

I'm curious.... have you been a player for a while or was this a SUB? I think casinos (and most businesses) are more lenient with existing clients than new ones.

It not so dissimilar to the case that the slot has the max bet button right next to the spin button. I have done that so many times and surprisingly never to my benefit. Just really pisses me off.

    Sorry Jazzy,

Just quoting your post because of the term. If they made a detailed study of the OP's play they will notice is wasnt abuseof the rule but rather violation of it. Only 2 spins and nothing gained so what the heck unless they are unwilling to pay using some leeway in the Ts and Cs.
