Do I have a legitimate complaint with Parbet?

I'm curious.... have you been a player for a while or was this a SUB? I think casinos (and most businesses) are more lenient with existing clients than new ones.

I am an existing player. I played a couple of times about a year ago, but didn't play again until recently.
