The PAB service here is free. If you want to use it, you should refrain from posting further.

A PAB will allow both Maxd (CM's PAB moderator), the casino and you to share your info and experience.

Your game files will be reviewed, and your files reviewed to see if you technically broke any terms at the time of your play.

If you are an advantage player, the casino may not want your further business, but IMO they should pay you then close your account if you broke no terms. They are of course free to tighten those terms to avoid this in the future.

Vague Terms and Spirit of the bonus really doesn't fly here as valid reasons to deny payment. Of course, any casino may refuse future business and/or deny future bonuses.

But if you played within the rules, you should be paid. Should doesn't equal will, but if a casino refuses to deal with Maxd, it will warrant a warning at least. Might not do you any good personally, but may help others.

Some other members have pointed out how to avoid such problems in the future. Especially if you would like to continue to receive bonus offers.

This is a perfect example of why internet gambling sucks, and just another reason to avoid playing altogether.

    Were the terms broken? Perhaps.

If the initial bets were lost, would the casino refund the deposit? Not a chance.

Just another way to decrease the RTP.

As is the case here recently, rather than help the OP with their problem we have the internet detectives trying to discredit them /sigh, if only these detectives were as astute as spiderlegz, they would have noticed the actual T&C`s changes (great detective work there character assassination spoofs lmfao).

Honestly, if there is no apparent evidence of these new guys with problems ulterior motives, then either try to give them help or say sweet FA, I can`t be the only one here whom is getting a tad pissed off with this attitude from some forum members lately!!!!!!!!!!!.

I agree completely, a few years gambling became quite bad with excessive ID checks and whatnot but now everything has got more extreme.

Asking for ID they know people cant supply just so they forfeit players winnings, excuses that the player cheated/used a system/didnt play in the bonus spirit.

Its a shambles. When times started to go bad for online gambling the question was "how long will it take to get paid?" but now its taken a further step to "will I even get paid at all if I win?"

When casinos forfeit winnings also they dont put it back into the rtp pot. The funds just go into the casinos pockets which are already full to the brim.

I have given up with it as well since recent outcomes for me has been if I lose then I lose and if I win the casino makes an excuse or makes it impossible for me to withdraw thus I also lose.

Since I did enjoy gambling all I need to do now is get the fun playing side of it out of my mind and I can be gamble free forever
