    The Bonus

If the player made bets of more than seventy percent of the bonus then they broke an explicit term. It would not be a spirit of the bonus issue. If one is going to use advantage play like this they need to be more attentive. I'm sure they'll get plenty of sympathy over at bonerbeaters.com

Even if it was a 100% bonus, the average bet was $110 which means they could well have bet more than $140 on a few hands. In fact, if they were playing max bet of $100 its almost certain due to double downs or splits etc.
    Hi There all.

The bonus was in fact deposit 200 get 400 bonus. Si i have defiantly not broke there term of 70% of the bonus.....

Hope the best for you, crossing my fingers.
Thanks. We will see what is said. A couple of people said i should PAB. Should i do that next?

First of all i have to say that your user profile looks suspicious . You are probably a "gnome" identity of a fraudster .

    Why i think that ?

Because of your stereotype account details

    "Interests
    Shopping (typical girl) and casinos
    Occupation
    Hair dresser"

Sounds like a man who want to look like a woman

No woman would write something like " typical girl" this is bullshit and not very smart .

Ok Mr. Bianca here is the official reason from there terms :

" Further examples of irregular playing patterns also include...........

(ii) placing large bets which result in a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equal to or more than seventy five percent of the previous average bet size until the bonus release requirements have been met "

When you grinded out the Wr , after you hit your target, you changed from more then 100 average bet to something like 10 , so you have violatet the 70 % rule

I have to say it is an awful term as it seems to apply to all games including slots

However, it's there......so the OP is probably SOL.

Those terms werent in place when OP played. Notice that also

    (i) placing single or multiple bets of a value of fifty percent or more of the bonus on any single game, individual hand, or round, building a balance and significantly changing play patterns (bet size, game types, bet structures etc) in order to meet the bonus release requirement;
has changed. So current terms are irrelevant.
They of course forgot to mention when these terms were changed, sometime this month. Shows what a shitty group this is. Play there and you have to check the TOS every single time you login.

Plus such vital terms should be mentioned in the bonus T&Cs and not buried in the standard TOS.

Swiss casino and other crapholes in the group all have changed to identical terms. As maxd was succesful in the Swiss casino case () PAB ASAP.
