AC Casino Took My Deposited $ Winnings!

hello, don’t know if in right place but just wanted to share experience
    with AC Casino-i made a deposit(which included a deposit bonus)-i had $150
winnings from that deposit-they offered $67 free bonus-ok-they took my
$150 & gave me lousy $67. at Pamper Casino i have deposited many times-
when offer of free bonus it is always ADDED to whatever (deposited) winnings
i may already have. also at other casinos if no deposit bonus is offered-it
has stated that if i continue with free bonus i will lose anything already there-
that’s fine. i contacted AC 5 different times and just now rec’d answer. actually
rec’d 2 emails, 1st one sent was survey for me to fill out about AC’s response
to my email(s)! 2nd one said, "you may not have bonus money from 2 bonuses
in your account at the same time. Therefore, the system is configured to
automatically remove (zero-out) any existing bonus money from your casino
account whenever you redeem a bonus. This only works for deposit bonuses
so be sure not to have any free chip money in your account when you redeem
a deposit bonus. If you have free chip money your balance needs to be $ 1
or below for you to be considered zeroed out." Seems to me they've got it
backwards-i had deposited $(which included deposit $ bonus) & then redeemed
    a NDB-so i didn't have free chip $ in my acct when i deposited-it was deposited
$ then NDB & they took deposited $ & left me with NDB-obviously i would rather
have my deposit $ earnings than their NDB thus i would have not done it-duh!
they can take the $67 and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine-i am on a mission
to tell anyone that will listen how sneaky and deceitful they are. i wonder how
many others have lost their deposit money this way. mostly, it is obvious that
they don’t care about their members. STAY CLEAR! thanks for listening-1 forum
    down-tons to go-lol.

What a load of crap! (just had a look at their site).

There is NOTHING about the software, and they STILL pretend to be based here in the UK (probably above the same ex pizza shop as Pamper, to whom they are related as sisters).

Their site also has this little jem.

    How do I get paid?

US: Quick Tender, Ewallet Express, Moneygram, or Western Union
    Non US: Moneybookers, Click2Pay, Neteller

Can anyone this CARELESS be trusted?

If they REALLY still have a live Quicktender link, they are going to get LOADS of deposits tomorrow

I'm not even going to try to read that.

If you want help or comments at least make it legible please.

I agree. Got to about line 4 when my eyes started to bleed, so I stopped.
If people want our help they need to write a lot more coherently than that!

No point in even trying to read this, Op that was pretty lazy and going about getting help the wrong way.

I'm guessing they wont be back anyway as what the OP has done is write this up and copied and pasted it everywhere on any forum he could find.
Its not the copying and pasting part that's entirely annoying, but taking 2 minutes
to press enter to make some paragraphs.
