    Pamper Casino is absolutely SCAM!!!

    Hello

I claimed 110 usd no deposit bonus from pamper casino.I played and wagered it and requested a withdrawal via ticket. Then sent my all documents they asked. But i forgot to write my street name in sign up form when i registered to pamper casino.i sent my utillty bill and my address shows my street name. Then they easily closed my account and forfeit my winnigs. Also what a monkey tricks!!!they sent me this email

As per our terms and conditions you are required to submit your correct info at the time of signing up. Since you did not do so you have the following options:

    1. We can now correct this info and you will be able to continue playing with us but any winnings will be void.

    2. Leave your account closed.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
they closed my account forfeit my winnings.but they claim that "you can play and lose your money to us but we will not your send my money"

i really forgot to write my street name my every other infos are true(my house number my state my city my country my telephone etc....).i didnt give any mis infos to them.

i think they are not fair and they are absolutely scam.

If this is what really happend they should be thrown in the Roque Pit.

I think it's best to PAB and see where that ends. I can hardly believe a casino would deny payments because of a missing adres, which can be easily confirmed later on.

Maybe you already had an account there ?
... and proud of it !

It just doesn't make any sence.

Why would they ask for docs when they are going to deny your winnings/payout anyway ?

Just PAB and see what Max can do. He loves doing that

I was just about to castigate the OP for not checking the Rogue List BEFORE signing up with these jokers, but when I checked I found they are not even in the pit, let alone on the list!
    Must be an oversight, surely

Anyway, they are not in the pit or on the "no can do" list - so the OP CAN submit a PAB!

You don't actually NEED a street name here in the UK. The house number and postcode are all that is needed.

It looks like this is about the address not being PRINTED exactly the same on every document, and this is ALWAYS going to happen. It happens all the time here because different companies have their own way of writing the address. So long as house number and postcode are correct, the rest doesn't really matter.

This is really about them not wanting to pay out on a free chip, because they think the player will take the money and move on. I bet things would have been different if they had got, or thought they were about to get, a large deposit soon after.

MY address differs like this on my mail. Some use the street name and estate, yet most just use the street name. My street is a little odd, because it is just a name, and doesn't have "road", "avenue", "close", etc after it. Many company systems can't cope, and so "road" is often added in order to comply with their standard templates. I bet this would have been enough to deny MY winnings had I won off their free chip.

I am surprised that this casino is not even in "not recommended", as players who DO check first will not see anything wrong, and may end up getting burned.

They should be in at least that part of the pit for "nit-picking in order to find reasons not to pay players".

Wow, never heard of this before. This casino should definitely be listed in the rogue section IMO

Funny thing is that you can actually see what the next card you get dealt when playing Blackjack, even the dealers card. Wanted to make a recording for it, but its a waste of time really on such a rogue casino.
