Betphoenix dont Pay me with the reason:

It not very smart to put your accountname in here.

Read the T&C. If it says you can't claim it if the last transaction was a free chip, than you shouldn't have claimed it.

Did you ask live support if you were actually eligible for this free chip?

i dont really think betphoenix is being unfair . rather you are using this ambiguity to benefit from the free chip. for the past half-year you made no attempt to make a deposit at bet phoenix but took advantage of their change in software to claim a free chip. nj has often stated that there should be no successive free chips claimed. the casino was dumb not to set something to disallow the free chip but it really does seem you were trying to take advantage of them and cry foul when they refused to pay. maybe nj should just pay out and learn a lesson and set some barriers to deter bonus whores.

in april ideposit nearly 4k in RTGS , RIVALS , Micros and playtechs

im not a bonushunter or something

you have used betphoenix as RTG and used in christmas 2010 a freechip

in may 2011 you got an e-mail who says betphoenix changed to RIVAL
and new and existing users get a 50free chip (like casinoRIVA who changed to playtech)

you think okay cool lets try betphenix at the new software

youz go to the live chat and asking is the 50free availible, you got answer :yes but cashier is update you can use it in 2hours..

you claim legally and normall in every RIVAL the freechip in the cashier (no code like before) the freechip is availible

you made the playtrough and the livechat says now you cant withdraw, while using a freechip in the old rtg software on christmas 2010
