Euro City Casino Issue with my winnings!!!!

    Hello to you all...
I’m new to this forum and reading through today I have found some realy interesting conversations.
I’m hoping someone can help me or advise me with my issue I have regarding a withdrawal from Euro City casino.
The first issue I come across was when I withdraw the winnings on my account. They asked me to supply my I.D. and a recent utility bill before they could re open my account. Not a problem I thought. Just send it in and it will be re opened. This was not the case. My account has not been reopened. The second issue I get was an email asking me to complete the wagering requirements which I thought I had done. This was an amount of £305 to complete the wagering. I was happy to complete the wagering if the account was reopened (I have emailed them this asking this). Then I get a follow up email sent to me after asking them to reopen my account so I can complete the wagering. There email to me mentions ‘Ryan, as a responsible company we are continually monitoring our sites. During this monitoring we note that the way you have used your account with us, leads us to believe that your reason for joining our site was to take advantage of the bonuses we provide.’ Other than them asking me to complete the wagering requirements. This is the only information I have had from them. I have emailed them on a number of occasions which they have not replied with any further information.
I was told when I signed up that a bonus had been put on my account and they told me how much I would have to wager before I could withdraw. It’s not like I had a game plan how to win this money. They gave me the information how I would need to complete this and what games would count and what percentage.
I have asked them as advised by a friend who regulates there gaming. (gaming commission) The response was for me to look on their site and follow the link. I did this to find out that the Interactive Gaming Council (www.igcouncil.org) after speaking with them said they do not regulate them anymore and this should not be on their web site.
I have had blunt answers from Euro City Casino and had no explanations from them why they are not paying me out my winnings. Only that they believe I have taken advantage of the bonus offer. They have not come back with any evidence. As i said before this was not my intentions. I had to ask them how and what game to play to complete the wagering.
I’m sorry for the long post if there is any advice this would really be appreciated.
    Thanks Ryan

I'd suggest to submit a PAB to Max, but it may be a couple of weeks for him to get to it since he's finishing up 2010 yearly stats, and he'll be with me in London.

You said you sent in your ID docs? How did they respond to that? Are you sharing your computer with other players? (that could be a problem).

    Hi.
Thanks a lot for your reply.
Sorry to be so naive about this but what does submit a PAB to Max mean?
When I sent them my I.D. they said. Quote ‘Concerning your documents and account with us, please note that these were reviewed and accepted for our verification purposes.

However, please understand that we run promotions and provide bonuses to members as a sign of goodwill for their patronage. When it becomes apparent that members are taking advantage of our generosity, then we have to take particular action.’
Then since this messages all i get is the same answer even thought I told them that it was support at Euro City Casino who told me what the requirements where to make the winning withdraw able.
Thanks again for the help with this. I will definitely be perusing this to the end with them.
    Thanks
    Ryan

    What utter Bull....!
Every player who joins ANY casino and takes the bonus, by definition "Wants to take advantage of the bonus".
I've never heard such nonsense! Well, maybe I have, but not from any reputable casinos.

To be fair, I don't recall seeing any other complaints about this casino.

Because of ICEi, and a backlog of cases, plus Christmas, there is a longer delay than usual on the turn around of PABs. Things should return to normal now. Sometimes the delay is with the communication between Max and the casino. 2 weeks is not all that long a delay for a PAB.
