NOTHING has happened? Surely if you say we believe this has now been resolved, something has happened?
I'd just check the transaction history and see if your $500 is maybe sitting in a pending withdrawal status. If it's not showing up there, then yes definitely PAB and let Max sort it.

No worries. The decision making in this case has pretty much got to come from Bryan.

If just like to say I got the following email from Ladbrokes today

    Thank you for contacting Ladbrokes

We have reinstated your casino winnings back in to your sports account
as withdrawable funds in resolution of your query.

Please note that your account has been flagged as not playing within the
spirit of our promotions and we will not be offering you any future
    promotional credits.

If we can be of any further assistance, please contact us again and we
will be more than happy to help you.

What did come out in this that I discussed in email with Bryan and Max is the fact Ladbrokes refused to discuss the case with them yet, expect the accreditation and the benefits of the accreditation that comes with it.

Is there any move from CM to remove the accreditation? I see from the email they have sent me and another thread, that they are using Spirit of the Promotion? Isnt that rougish??

Whatever you did Bryan, it does seem to have got me my money. Thanks

    Ladbrokes, what a surprise

WTF is up with them, corporate suicide wish

Suddenly Ladbrokes have started behaving as badly as the white label Rival casinos, and things if anything seem to be getting WORSE.

Pollutants should be removed from clean environments as soon as possible, else the entire environment is adversely impacted.

We ALMOST had a full blown "Betfair stunt" from Ladbrokes, and I expect they DID confiscate that 500, but decided to pay & then ban because of the publicity.

If they want all WR completed before any transfer from the casino can be made, they should state this in the terms like over 90% of MGS casinos now do, rather than PRETEND they still permit early withdrawal with loss of bonus.

This is ANOTHER case of "placing the player into a position of involuntarily breaking the terms", and done by having the WRONG term posted, and enforcing the "right one".

It was reported one of Laddies biggest punters stopped betting with them resulting in their profits dropping £60million so they are tightening up everything else
