    Ladbrokes Unmentioned Extra Wagering Demanded

This post has been concealed because there is a PAB in progress regarding this issue.

The Terms of the PAB process state that PAB issues should NOT be discussed on the forums while the PAB is in progress (see the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ for details, especially items 2.6 and 3.10).

Open discussion of the contents of this post could harm the OP's chances of a successful PAB resolution.

I simply uninstalled Ladbrokes because of this load of BS. Even with the PUBLISHED terms, you don't really stand a chance, but I didn't know they had these additional UNpublished rules on top. Worse, they are CUMULATIVE, rather than on the principle that the highest WR of either term counts. It seems they had an extra ruloe for Japan, but then ADDED this to the Moneybookers rule, rather than substituting the 20x Moneybookers rule for the 10x "Japan" rule.

It is just as easy to "abuse" Ladbrokes bonuses with card deposits as it is with Moneybookers and Neteller deposits. REAL "bonus abusers" will have simply switched to using cards, and will be quite happily abusing away with the blessing of Ladbrokes, at least until they "wake up & smell the coffee", and increase the WR for ALL deposit methods. Recreational players will stick with their favoured deposit method, but will have switched their CASINOS instead.

indeed ,i had the same issue yesterday..depod 100 dollar, lost it,claimed the bonus and got message i didnt qualifie for the promotion due to using neteller..ive read the toc very carefully before depositing but nowhere did it stated that when using neteller you had to turn your initial deposit 20 times before being eligible to recieve the bonus..it just says turnover initial deposit 1 time

    ladbrokers are just cheaters

this is what it says about the welcomebonus..nowhere mentioning about neteller

    Casino Welcome Bonus Explained.

    Welcome Bonus Steps:

Register at Ladbrokescasino.com. Or existing Ladbrokes customers, just go to step 2.

Deposit between €/£5 and €/£100. Existing Ladbrokes players need to make a fresh deposit and transfer a minimum of €/£5 into the casino wallet.

Play through your initial deposit once.

Fill out the claim form on the welcome bonus page.

Upon completion of the above, your 100% welcome bonus will be credited to your bonus balance within 48 hours.

The welcome bonus needs to be turned over 10x before it can be transferred into the cash balance or withdrawn.

    Bonus Balance:
Your casino account balance is split between your cash balance and your bonus balance. Your deposits will appear in ‘cash balance’ and your bonuses will be paid into ‘bonus balance’. Winnings from the bonus can only be transferred into the ‘cash balance’, or withdrawn, when the turnover requirement has been met.

Please note: You can see your cash and bonus balance in the bottom left hand corner of a loaded game and also in the lobby of the download casino. Regrettably you are unable to see these separate balances in the instant play casino. You will only be able to see the balance of the cash / bonus you are playing.

    Turnover Requirements:
Turnover requirements refer to the amount of times you need to ‘play’ your original deposit / bonus. For example, if you deposit £20 you will need to bet the full amount in order to claim for the welcome bonus. Once you’ve played your full deposit amount (in this case £20), you will then be credited with the same amount in your bonus funds – a 100% deposit match.

The welcome bonus is subject to a 10X turnover which means that you would need to play a deposit of £20 to the value of £200, in order for any winnings to become available in your 'cash balance'.

    Qualifying Games:
Not all casino games contribute the same amount to the turnover requirement. Check what games contribute and by how much in the table below.

This only makes things even WORSE, and must surely constitute an unfair term. Even if the 20x turnover term WERE there, if you lost EVERYTHING before reaching 20x, compliance becomes IMPOSSIBLE.

Busting out before completing 20x turnover is going to be VERY LIKELY simply due to variance. In fact, this is going to hurt recreational players MORE than it might "advantage" players, since the "advantage" player would play very low risk bets in order to make the 20x turnover, such as 1p per line on a low variance slot. This is EXACTLY the type of play that makes many of the Ladbrokes bonuses so +EV, so far from discouraging this kind of play on Neteller deposits, it has become NECESSARY simply in order to stand a reasonable chance of getting the bonus.

The reason I said this is "worse" than I thought is because I expected Ladbrokes to give the bonus to players who had "played fair" by busting out in their attempt to meet the 20x WR.

I just don't have the patience to play this "abusively", which is why I uninstalled the casino.

An alternative would be to deposit by card, in which case, "abuse" away to your heart's content, you have Ladbrokes' blessing

The explanation they give is bogus anyway, there is nothing "special" about depositing £100 by Neteller that somehow makes it easier to play "abusively". It is the PLAYER that plays, and NOT the deposit method.

Pushing players to deposit by card even INCREASES the risk of fraud, mainly "chargeback" fraud, because it is far easier to get your money back through a card provider than it is through Neteller. Neteller even say that "chargeback" is NOT supported, and that once accepted, a transaction is final & binding. With a card, you just have to convince the bank that you did not get the service that was advertised, and the misleading way some casinos advertise makes this pretty easy, provided such players are prepared for a short online gambling career given that casino processors keep "blacklists" of players who resort to "chargeback".

Had you made a CARD deposit, and met with the above fate, you WOULD be able to issue a successful chargeback, given that the promised bonus was refused only AFTER your money was taken, and was clearly advertised as applicable to you. With Neteller, you CANNOT "chargeback" that €100, since Neteller do not "do" chargebacks.

    You CAN, however, PAB

I don't see a problem, go ahead and do the PAB but please read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ first. You have responsibilities in the PAB process too and without your cooperation the PAB is likely to fail.
