    Casinos mistake, not mine

    Hi,

I am writing to talk about Mummys Gold Casino that have made a huge mistake which they have admitted to but will not refund part of my winnings.
I had 5600 in my account and had withdrawn this when Ben came along and said he could give me a bonus if I reverse my funds and when he said that he could give me extra I reversed it. when my total reached over 12000 i played it down to over 10943 and as the bonus of 1100 hadnt hardly moved I spoke with Alice about withdrawing and she said in order to withdraw I had to forfeit the bonus and my cash out balance was 10943 , Alice then reversed 10000 for me, then as I played on I asked for 2 x 500 to be reversed as I could not do it as it was work in progress. I recieved an email telling me that my balance was 2400 and when I complained they tried to tell me that I had asked to reverse 500 x 12 times and even showed a dialogue of when I supposedly asked for them. And now they have admitted that they put extra money in when the added my bonus and withdrew it themselves and said I had spent it all, 6400. I would like them to go back to my original win of 5600 that I had withdrawn before they made their mistake and instead of telling me about it had phony reversals made up and lied about me spending it all

This is one of my pet peeve's i wish casinos would do away with reversal's its to tempting :P have reversed only once myself and will not make that mistake again. Now a days i ask the casino to flush my withdrawal.. (not sure if mummy's gold do this)

EDIT: This annoys me more.. asking someone to reverse there win and pending withdrawl and they will add a bonus, Don't casino make enough money!!

Anyways Mummys Gold Casino is accredited here and has a casino Rep.

Send them a pm and see if they can help.

I found your original post a bit confusing...but no confusion at all on the part where you said they offered you a bonus to reverse your cashout. Not acceptable for a casino on the accredited list. Not acceptable for any casino IMO. I hope that you have indeed used the PAB service.

Under the link for Accredited Standards here:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/accredited_casinos.php

there is a list of Operational Standards. One of those standards is this:

Will not entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives.
This isn't the first time I have read of the Palace Group doing this in the last year or so. It's sleazy and unethical IMO. We all know how hard it is to hit the cashout button in the first place, and how very easy it is to reverse and attempt to win more. No decent casino should be tempting you further with bonuses to reverse. They should actually be speeding up the cashout process, not slowing it down or asking you to reverse it. They know full well that the majority of players who reverse, will end up losing it all. Especially if there are additional WR attached.

I've had another accredited casino (not from Palace Group) offer me a bonus to reverse my withdrawal. They didn't write me or call me or anything, I made the WD and went to live chat to see if they'd flush it - they told me if I reversed my WD they'd give me a bonus, I said "No thanks, can you please flush it?" they said "We'll be happy to, and congratulations on your win."

Well of course if you took an 1100 dollar bonus at an MG casino it won't hardly move. The playthrough on this was probably 33 thousand dollars.

It should be standard practice to flush right away...

    At a casino that is....

    Well, everywhere else too....

    Nevermind.

I had the same kind of offer recently from Platinum Play. This was a stepped offer, with a max of 40% if I reversed the entire £2000 withdrawal. I was going to take it (it was 40%, better than anything FL give out normally), but the procedure was a bit of a mess, and the offer timed out. There was no delay though, and the withdrawal was STILL processed in the usual timeframe.

I have also had such offers in the past from Prime casino. I get the impression from my own experience that these offers to reverse for a bonus are far more common now than they were in the past.

I have cashed out quite a bit from Villento and never once did they offer me anything to reverse my withdrawal. Is this something new?
