    Titan Terms and Conditions

I'd like to note that this issue does not affect me, but I received an email from Titan, and followed a link to the terms and conditions.

    54. The casino reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. Players, who endeavor only to meet minimum play through requirements of a given bonus, exhibiting "bonus hunter" characteristics, will have their accounts automatically flagged and audited, should the security department determine that a new player account was set-up solely to exploit this bonus. If it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion and the player"s bonus money, any winnings gained under this promotion and their deposit returned may be forfeit.
    55. Abuse includes but not being limited to the following: Any irregular playing patterns e.g. playing at intentional minimum risk - equal, zero margin bets or hedge betting. Claiming a bonus and asking for cash out without a fair amount of play (asking for cash out right after finishing the wagering). Making high bets (on the sum of more than 30% of their bonus balance) from your account balance, where that balances is made up of bonus balance. Creating more than one account per person and using these accounts as fraudulent accounts in an attempt to claim our bonuses more than once. Placing high bets (while playing with bonus) in an attempt to generate high balance. Once achieved, changing betting patterns into small bets in order to fulfill wagering requirements and still keep high balance available for cash in (e.g. player places $25 bets and win $5k , then changes to $0.5 bets until wagering requirements achieved).
So, fulfilling all the wagering on a bonus and then asking for a withdrawal is bonus abuse and you can have your winnings confiscated!!!

It's difficult enough to complete a bonus, the bonus funds are removed on cashout, but to obligate players to play on after achieving playthrough is just wrong IMO.

If the casino would like to withdraw further promotional offers from a player, that is their perogative, but to deny legitimate winnings because a player did not play on is reprehensible.

Please note that this is in the general terms and conditions, in paragraphs 54 and 55. I obviously missed it when joining Casino Titan, or it is a new addition.

Their email was headed We Miss You... well they can keep on missing me.

    One further note:

Is no unfair rules not a condition for accreditation here? This hardly seems fair to me, especially it is not made clear in the terms for a bonus, but is buried in the general Terms and Conditions.

    Thumbs down

Wow, that is pretty disturbing. I have played with Casino Titan in the past and I hardly ever take bonuses. Sometimes I do, but how do they consider that cashing out after you have met playthrough bonus abuse?? If you meet the wagering requirements, you should be able to cashout whenever you wish to do so. I can't believe they have such a ridiculous term in place. Thanks for pointing this out.

Im closing my account with them, they can miss me too.

They started off as a really nice casino. I haven't played there since last year and won't.

I always cash out after clearing the WR.
Thats the 'goal' when taking a bonus, clear the WR and have something left to cashout.
I think that if you manage to do that, you've been pretty damn lucky, and you deserve it, right?
The WR is, if I remember right, 25x D+B, non-cashable, so its not really EV+ to say the least.

Its a bit of a FU clause, because how do you know if you played enough?
How much do you need to play over the original WR?
    10%? 50%? 100%?

WR is WR, period! If they want us to play longer, just UP THE WR!!
At least we KNOW how much we have to wager!

If not for your sig line explaining the 0-o issue, I would have hit you with a negative rep for being a pretentious s.o.b.

    On topic...

If they want more play than is mandated by the WR attached to the bonus, why wouldn't they just make the WR multiple higher???

I think their WR are high enough as it is, to say you have to play more after you reach them is just an excuse if they want to use it to void your winnings, or to label you a bonus abuser IMO.
