i registered at golden riviera trough the casinomeister link.
deposited the money and went to the chat to claim the ticket. the lady told me that the promo ended last year.. then i asked about the freeplay . and she told me that its worth nothing because i already deposited. then i asked if i can cashout now and she told me no because the bonus has already been credited and she told me that there is no way to reverse it. i didnt play any $ just want to get my money back because there are way better sites than that. what should i do? the playtrough is bonus x 30 which is pretty hard with just 245euro

If you havent' placed a single spin/bet ask them to remove the bonus, they can't force you to play with it.
