Cherry red, Slots Oasis, Rushmoore

Hi! I am new to this so i hope that i do it right. I am not english speaking either so bare with my bad english. I Have played on the internet for 6-7 years now and had my share of untrustworty places but since i heard of Casinomesister a couple of years ago i have tried to only play at the Casinos that are recommended here because i thought that i would be safer with my choices of casinos.But i am very disappointed with some of them like Slot Oasis, Rushmoore and Cherry Red.I have played att Slots oasis for 6 monts and Cherry Red and Rushmoore for about three monts and last weekend I could not redeem any coupon at this casinos so i dropped them an e-mail regarding what was wrong. This was the answer i got:

"According to our records, you have used an excessive amount of bonuses for Cherry Red and our affiliate casinos; Rushmore and Slots Oasis. You are no longer eligible to redeem any bonuses as per the casino's discretion. Please note your account is still active, you are simply restricted from any additional promotional offers.

????Isnt that why they send me emails all the time so that i will play att the Casinos that they have?????And then when i do as they told me to do i get kicked out???? I understand all the terms and conditions that they have and nowhere it says that i could abuse any bonuses if i use them as they told me to do. I dont like that form of "doublestandard" and dont think that a serious casino should do that.

I have a question to all of you other players out there, is this something that has happened to you to?

I dont think that they have something to do at the Accredited list and should be moved to the Rouge section. If Casinomeister thinks that they have the right to do so and support this behavior i will not longer trust anything on this site.

well i once was told by another casino i no longer can use bonuses because i have won too much - i cashed out 8k after just joining a casino i used maybe 4 coupon codes -then a manager emailed me saying i no longer can use any more codes until further notices. so i guess they can do that - but you are right it is not bussiness like to offer so many emails and bonuses and then saying "WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE COUPONS"

but on the other hand CHERRY RED AND Oasis are very reputable sop they must have a big reason for this so i would contact them and ask why

Same thing has happened to me, they do pay but if you win they will bonus ban you for sure. Atleast if you are Blackjack player, I dont know about slots.

Thanks for your replys guys i apreciate it. But for me is word and action what counts. You dont advertise one thing and do another when it suits you thats not ok. If they dont follow their own rules why should i? I can set upp many accounts if i want and take their welcome bonuses and so on but i dont because i accept the terms and conditions that they have set upp when i start to play att the casino. Only because Casinomeister promote these casinos and call them reputable and trustworthy it doesnt mean shit to me when they dont show me the respect i should have when i have chosen to play fairly after their rules. So if they dont stand for that they should absolutely been removed from the Accredited list. Otherwise that list is totally useless and only there to screw us who likes to play fairly.

I dont understand where your problem is

They have not bannend you for bonuses without reason


Have you played only with bonuses and made big bets with Blackjack ? That is a industry known bonus abuser tactic . If you have played that way its not surprising for me they have excluded you from promotions

Just about every casino will stop you using bonuses if you have constantly (or consistently) played with a bonus and won....its not unusual and casinos have the right to do that. If they did it purely based on the fact you were winning on your own money, then thats a different matter IMO.

CM doesnt have a Rouge section at this time, but he does have a Rogue section.....and a casino has to do something unethical or dishonest to be thrown in that 'pit', and based on what you said the Rushmore group hasnt even come close.

I have seen you have a swipe at CM in 2 different posts now......its not cool to suggest impropriety without any evidence. You clearly dont understand how CM runs his site in regards to advertising, but you could have taken the time to find out instead of flying off the handle IMO and then you would know how way off the mark you are.

I have been playing at Slots Oasis and Cherry Red for more than six months and always use a bonus to extend my slot play time. Only cashed out one time but after reaching the WR requirements I played for quite a bit before cashing out. I am still bonus eligible so I think the player may have done something in order to get bonus banned.

I think the issue is very strange. I have read several posts about players who have been misstreated for winning. Is that really the fact, that a person wins, and get punished for that?

If it is the truth, that specific casinobusiness is very unprofessional.
Like every other business the casinos calculate to make profit, even with all promotions included. (Or should calculate with that.)
Otherwise that is unprofessional business. And incompetent.

When you go for a sale in a store, you know they earn money on other things they don't have a discount on. That's is how you run a business. They don't ban you in the store if you just buy things for sale.

Casinos have a housedge, and from that they make the profit. If you play slots for exemple,and the payout percent is 97 %. The casino gets 3 % profit. Do they really care about who gets the money of the 97 %, that is payed out? With or without a promotion.

That would be really strange in my opinion.

As it happens you are not "doing it right". We have a set of Forum Rules that you should familiarize yourself with. In particular you should note the following:

1.11 - Please do not exploit this board to promote your own personal agenda. If the moderators (and members) feel that you are spamming the board with links or ad copy to your website, harassing members with agenda laden posts, or consistently ragging on a casino that did you wrong, etc., your account may be suspended.

Since you joined you have posted three times. In every post you make a point of attacking and discrediting the Rushmore casinos. This would certainly qualify as "your own personal agenda" and as such you are violating the Forum Rules.

To compound the problem you are butting into other people's threads in order to do this (see here). This is another violation of the Forum Rules:

1.15 - Do not hijack threads. If you have something to say - say it, but please respect the other members by keeping threads "on track". If you have an issue that needs addressing, then please start another thread. Hijacking threads for your own agenda is not only rude, it is troll-like and can lead to a suspension.

And yet another violation, as far as I can tell:

2.2 - Do not post a complaint without notifying the appropriate casino representative by either PM or email. The casino representatives are listed here.

Under normal circumstances a forum member would be suspended for this kind of behaviour. Since you are a new member and may not know any better we'll let this go with a warning, but let there be no misunderstanding here: if you continue to violate the Forum Rules you will be suspended or banned.
