I'm "almost" positive that this casino, Always Cool, is affiliated with, or related in some way to Pamper Casino. Pamper is supposed to have a rep on the forum here, but I just checked their profile, and they haven't been here since October 26, 2009.

Still worth sending them a PM (private message), and if you get no response, maybe give Max (the PAB manager) a heads up. Sometimes an email from him letting them know they have mail/messages here, will make them reappear (like magic, lol).

Here's the link to their profile...make sure you click on send a PRIVATE message, NOT public.

If you need to reach MaxD, you can probably see his name at the bottom of the forum, and click from there to his profile page. Good luck....but I wouldn't hold your breath, if they're related to Pamper. They had one of the worst bonus schemes I have ever seen. If you ever took a n/d bonus from them, you were limited to 10X the amount of that bonus on ALL future cashouts. Maybe not exactly that, but very close. A bad choice in casino I think Denamoutz. Make sure to check out the accredited and the rogue list here, before choosing your next casino to play at. Stay away from the bad ones.

Reading what Nifty linked above, I started to smile. Well, the same thing happened to me at Pamper Casino. Was paid after an ordeal on my winnings. Payment there, at Pamper, is claimed to take 72 hours. For me it took 14 days, one e-mail reply took 1 week (the claimed time frame is 72 hours). Finally I got paid, but I was fired from the casino. The support didn't keep the promised the time frames for replies and transactions, and they fired me for making complaint on this. They didn't request documents from me until 1 week later after sumbitting a withdrawal request, wich is unethical I think and is a clear mark of stalling, especially in case they write the withdrawal takes 1 week. Moreover I had already submitted documents for a previous withdrawal long before that.

In case I consider AC Casino and Pamper is both run by: Operia Corp Limited, and reading on the link that Nifty submitted that the same issue happened with another player at AC Casino, I have to say that I cannot recommend AC Casino to players either.

Not only that, but playing those slots is like like a punishment.
By far the most boring software I ever played.
    Never again.
