That is what they told me when I was waiting for my withdrawal. I contacted chat wondering where my win is and was told the casino said, I would get it Wednesday or Thursday. Well Wednesday and Thursday passed and never received it. I called the casino and was told a number of Stories, "It is delayed because when we flushed it for you there was an error and the money disappeared and we had to fix the problem" then he stated that "I sent in my documents on the 7Th, it will take 5 business days after to get the money" I explained to him that I sent in the Documents on the the 3rd and they mailed me they received it.
Now at this point you can understand as I stated in my previous post, why I have no intentions of playing this casino again.It is fun to play until you cashin.
I initiated a cashout on the 6th--am interested to see how long it takes. I am now a VIP, (lowest level), and the cashout should take 2 business days, according to their website and a pm confirmation from the owner.
My cashout is only for $200, and I am also now bonus banned. Was surprised because would not have expected, based on the owner's comments on this board.

The same happened to me today. On the third deposit bonus I initiated a cashout of 300 and immediately a total bonus ban kicked in.

I dont like the way this is going. I have sent a PM to Ms Tradition for some reassurance.
They did tell me, days ago, my account is flagged not to receive promotions whilst I have a cashout pending. Whats all that about.!!!

From the beginning on and now for more than one week i have the same curious problem at Tradition Casino when i try to withdraw. Directly after i choose a withdrawal method i get the message that the choosen withdrawal method is unavailable + Due to current withdrawal limits, this withdrawal method is not available at the moment. I don't understand this because its my first withdrawal request. I hope that the support will fix this problem. Further informations following...
I wish they would just stop spamming me. After 2 deposits there, I get at least 3 e-mails every single day, telling me the same story, that there's a 100% deposit bonus available for me.....stop telling me already....you succesfully pee'd me off and chased me away with your spam.

Chat help will inform you about the mails the casino sent you. The ones you never received. I was told that many times. I also mailed the Rep in here and never received a reply back from her about this issue. I was also VIP At the casino and should have gotten my withdrawal in a short period of time.
I am at least thrilled to have finally gotten my withdrawal in my quicktender yesterday afternoon. But I should not have waited this long for it. This Casino is very unorganized. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Ok Thats all from me about my experience with my first and last withdrawal from this casino. I hope you all get your money soon.

The only thing that i can tell you for now is that i'm not able any more to change limits for my players! Rival made a change but it removed to me this important acces... Like i explained to you, i wanted to flush your cashout and i failed, it's exactly why you waited, but remember : you sent us documents 3th and you received your payment the 10th. Like i promised to you to flush it and i failed, i gave you a very nice no deposit bonus... i'm deceived to read that you don't want to come back to play,
whereas most you deposited a bit compared to winnings you withdrawed![]()
