Rambler (8th January 2010)
clj,
First off, I really don't believe that anyone is trying to insult you. Chu's comment was something that could have been said to anyone, not particularly aimed at you.
I just got a 'loyalty bonus' from a casino that I deposit lots and lots of bucks at. $15 with 15x wagering ($225) and a 10x withdrawal. I know that I have deposited well over $700 in the last thirty days. I used to get a manager bonus until I made the mistake of withdrawing more than I deposited one month - well actually several times this year.
Based on my depositing, it was kinda insulting but at least I got it. Bet big and hoped that I wouldn't by some chance of fate, hit an RJ with it. I just laughed and went on.
I guess my point is, there is nothing you can do about bonuses or the lack thereof.
And this is a joke, wait until Xmas when some folks are getting champagne and other get diddly. It happens.![]()
O.K. here I am again...behind as usual and getting caught up. This is THE MOST insulting thing ANY casino representative (and I use the term representative for the lack of anything better) could say when they are trying to develop a player base. It was rude, arrogant, and shows a lack of maturity. You obviously HAVE NEVER worked in a "service" industry before.
And yes, a 99WR is ludicrous and insulting a players intelligence.

I don't think that CLJ need a lawyer, first. I was joking and nothing at all were wrong in this post. Now, for sure, i lost my humor with her since she really insulted me by email *snip*
She won with deposit match bonus and she received her money 6 days after the cashout request because i personnaly made an error : i wanted to flush her withdraw but i failed. So, i give her my excuses + no deposit bonus but she never received our emails, she told.
By the way, if you consider that 99 wagering are ridiculous, it's your own idea and i'm affraid that you have absolutely any idea about how many cashouts we can have in only one day with a "ridiculous 99 wagering", like you told. And it's absolutely normal that you have any idea about these sort of statistics : it's not your job and it's not your money, it's mine :-)
I'm a player too and, for sure, before to launch Tradition Casino i always found that casinos were too stricts, had wagerings too high or didn't have enough no deposit bonuses... The true is that's easy to ask but not easy to give. Now i'm on the other side of the barrier, so i can measure exactly what i can do or not, what i can improve or not.
I have still some hesitation about some aspects, so Tradition Casino will continue to change, for sure. In french we have an expression telling "Il n'y a que les imbeciles qui ne changent pas d'avis". In english, it could be "Only fools never change their opinion" but i'm not sure if it's correct.
What i want to explain is that, for now, i don't have the goal to reduce my wagerings on no deposit bonuses. Perhaps i will change my mind later, i don't know. I created interesting wagering for deposit bonuses and i do my best for free chips.
Instead, I'm working on include all games in my wagerings : it should be very nice for players, i think :-) This is my actual work.

Your discussing a players personal and private information in a public forum.I think players would be seriously concerned now about playing your casino. Gambling and what you deposit in a casino is private. You have no right putting that private and personal information out there.

Yeah, well, that's about enough.....I really think you need to stop discussing a personal issue with a player that was done in private emails on an open forum. Attack what I have said on the forum fine...not when an email is sent...

Sorry but it's too easy to complain in a public place without giving details, i prefer clear things that's why i prefer to give details, given that the complaint was public. Like this, everybody can jauge of this atypical situation.
I see where you have done no wrong you didnt say what they deposited or what they won they being ((( clj7221)))
I have read this whole thread an all she has done is whine an bitch about what ever you have done or tried to do
1st off every one knows that Hotmail is 1 of the worst email addies to have when it comes to casino's followed by yahoo
I noticed half way thru clj7221 said that it was time for the people to start the Thanking bandwagon did you include you an your hubby Rambler thanking each other
most of your post are about bonus's is that what you expect from every casino
this is a new casino I think they have done damn good for being a new one
I myself dont like rival but I just may give this one a shot

Some people are really touchy nowadays so I wont bother replying.
On the 99WR, I do agree this is quite ridiculous so Tradition could try to segregate the true and loyal players from those who are merely intent on getting as many freebies as they can get without risking any/much of their own money. For the former, a 20x WR would seem reasonable to reward players for their loyalty and patronage whereas 99x is perfectly okay for the latter group.
I liked the way Tradition responded to grievances on the 5 buiness day processing rule and shortened it to 48 hours. Right now, I have a Rival casino who takes on a different interpretation of the 5-day rule. I cashed out on the 14th and asked support yesterday why it wasnt processed yet. The answer was it was only the start of the 5th business day so I should wait. So when there was no money in my ecocard account just now, I asked again and was told that accounting had just approved my withdrawal (this is not my first cashout) and that it would take 2-5 business days to process my withdrawal.
