I did not have this freebie so I have just contacted support. To begin with she did not have a clue what I was talking about - however 5 mins later I now have the £13 AND they gave me the £10 freebie.
Now thats excellent.
Good for you tropica - keep up the good work.
Cheers

Glad to be here chatting to all of you.
Have a good weekend!

100% agree.
There is no way it can be argued that it is fair to bonus ban players on the basis that someone got lucky on a bonus and cashed out or some of the other ridiculous reasons which have been pointed out in various other threads, and I feel it should definitely be a factor considered in accrediting casinos. JMHO.
Absolutely.Free money is (or should be) always appreciated.
Obviously, players hope to cash out something from the free money, the casino does not, hehe. But that is part of the fun - feeling like, all I need is one good spin, and I can cash out for a nice free dinner or tickets to a concert or play, etc. If you don't win, but you had fun trying, you come back and make a deposit of your own.
Best regards.![]()

Now would ANY operator give a flying rat's ass what a customer claimed at a COMPETITOR BUSINESS, they would be aiming to poach that player before that competitor had a chance to hook them AND reel them in.
Do Jackpot Factory care one jot whether I have claimed the welcome bonus at a Belle Rock casino? NO THEY DON'T - they want me to DEFECT from Belle Rock, over to them, and the LAST thing that is likely to achieve this is telling me I am not wanted because I happened to try out a competitor first. They would have no idea whatsoever what value I could bring as a player, as UNDER PRIVACY LAWS, and being an INDEPENDENT OPERATOR, they would NOT have access to ANY history data I might have generated at Belle Rock.
This is more or less a confession that Rival DO pass non fraud related data BETWEEN operators with their central database system, and this is a breach of privacy. The fact that a player took a particular deal at business A is NO business of business B, business A is expected to keep such data confidential between them, and the customer. Rival are a software company licencing casino software to operators, they should NOT be even HANDLING, let alone PASSING ON data that is customer specific UNLESS it relates to CRIMINAL activity, where data protection laws extend an exemption in order to "prevent or detect criminal activity".
Well, now I'm just being mischievous for Halloween
Darn spellchecker even tried to replace your "100X" WR to "X" WR, I'm fine with that![]()

To Tropica Casino,
Thanks for the bonuses you gave me and I enjoyed the Halloween joke you played on making my matching bonuses so sticky you can barely cash out any amount with 2 zeros in it. So I will wait for you to correct this.If it was not Halloween I would have thought this was an April fools day joke.
