You've given him the opportunity to submit a PAB. The onus is on him to follow this up.Sure, I'll give the guy the benefit of the doubt, but on the surface it doesn't seem kosher to me.
However Vinylweatherman makes a very good point imo:
As this is clearly causing confusion and affecting players with several accounts. Would also be good to find out why the white labels can act as seperate entities when it comes to not applying for eCOGRA certification. Yet act as part of the big all encompassing 888 group when it comes to locking players out for bonus abuse and the such like.An HONEST approach to all of this by Cassava would be full & frank disclosure of ALL branded "white label" skins that run under the Cassava umbrella, PLUS a NEW TERM limiting individual players to a specific number of "bonus allowed" accounts at the skins, perhaps allocated in the order they are opened.

Since Cassava is on the "No Can Do" list, perhaps he just felt there was not help forthcoming at CM.
Or he's forgotten his login info and is reading as a guest.
If the OP is reading, a similar complaint http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...tml#post323061 was resolved after the player made a formal complaint to eCogra.
I dunno - the text and format of the email from 'James O' @ Cassava is consistent with the emails I've received from them.
The lack of responses may also have something to do with his inactivity or, maybe he has done his own research and contacted e-COGRA.
FWIW I agree with VinylWeatherman/Webzcas regarding clarity from Cassava but - given their awful, awful approach so far (theft, pure and simple) - do not believe they will implement this.
My own view is that they should be rogued for stealing player funds/winnings and, until or unless they pay me the £1k+ owed to me from the Supro Casino brand, my opinion will not change.
At the very least players should be warned they face extreme risk to their funds if they deposit.
