I never read where they stated they would not honor their bonus. All I have read is that the bonus would be applied after your id was sent in. You have been a member of this forum for a few years now, so you should know a lot of these sign up rules by now. Your rudeness alone with customer service in chat would of sent me red flags about your account. Then the threats of posting here with them was uncalled for also. Next casino you decide to join maybe try sending in your id first, getting their approval then deposit.

And what is me being a member here for a few years have to do with this issue? Maybe if others actually expected more from casinos and pushed them to do better and actually did something about it we wouldnt need so many posts here at casinomeister. (not jizzing the forum!) But instead its just the same old same old. How dare anyone make demands on a casino! They are hear for our entertainment not the other way round. If you ran any other type of business online the way some casinos do then they would for sure be sent to the great dumpster in the sky.
Then again, by some of the remarks, many have never run their own business. Maybe they should get a job at our biggest TELCO, they too dont care about what customers want, not surprising their market share has dropped from 98% to 47% in 5 years. But i wont display anymore figures, it might confuse a few! And just a reminder to those who dont read all the posts "they stated twice it was instant" Put your virtual rule books away, that was the main point of this thread.

After spending 30 mins signing up to BET365 after seeing they where listed here as accredited casino i decided to stop filling in their sign up form and have a quick chat to a REP. First question, am i already a member as name looks familiar, second question, how do i claim 100% sign up bonus. CHAT REP said its instant after you deposit.

What a load of rot, after depositing with moneybookers i then request my bonus to be credited. Was told i need to send passport, utilitys letter, and wait for a snail mail verification code to be sent. Then and only then could i receive my bonus...

I thought that this was your "husbands" issue - not yours.

This is such BS - admit it - you're a guy - there is no husband - and you have two accounts here in the forum.

The casino decided to have you submit ID docs (which were never received btw) You were told to wait 48 hours to get your bonus - sheesh! Get a friggin' life and quit yammering on about how you've been wronged - excuse me, how your "husband" has been wronged .

No one else seems ot be having a problem with them (Bet365) Your complaint is an incredible waste of pixels and electrons.

And im surprised meister you hold such views, i thought this forum was created to be impartial? Your basicly stating that the views of those who dont respond are meaningless, as to that i add ive been through some of these members accounts, i see they keep very close knit with each other, which only concludes that impartiality here is based on who;s ego gets bolstered the most. I love this forum, im not so impressed with its fair go policy. If anything is said against the grain its trampled on. For who;s gain i ask? I know ive got nothing to gain by my comments.

Well, I've not only made the conclusion that you're a guy - you're also nuts. I don't think anyone agreed with you on this issue - in fact, you were berated by a couple of your fellow members. It has nothing to do with going against the grain, whatever that is supposed to mean, it has to do with articulating a complaint clearly and being fair to all parties involved.

This forum is impartial - read through this thread with a sober mind and you should come to this conclusion like most everybody else. Review some of the comments from your peers and think about it.
