by the time you guys r finshed going back and forth about this the bonus will be in one of their accounts. i do not understand why you came on here in the frist place it is only a bonus and you were told that you would get it in 48 hours gezzzzz whats the big deal they did not treat you badly or rude or anything for that metter to get you so upset. have you ever been told that something would be done in say an hour or so and you hear it being told to all the people in front of you and behind you? and you come back in an hour and they say i,m sorrie yours is not done yet caz there were something we had to check out and it will take us at least 24 more hours until we can get yours done but all the other people who were in front of you and behind you got theirs in an hour. would you not frist ask why yours is taking so much longer and is there anything you can do to help things along or would you get all pissed off and yell and scearm even tho you know it won,t do any good? o.k take tonight we ordered pizza at 6 by 7.30 it still was not here so i called and was told that they were swamped and shorthanded i could have yelled and got pissed but i did,nt i told them it was o.k and they told me it would be right out. by 8.20 no pizza yet so i called back and was told it had lifted the building lol so i again i could have gotten pissed and yelled and screamed but again i said o.k caz i knew they were having trouble the last time i called they told me that our dinner was on them and we would not have to pay anything for it and a little over 3 hours we got r pizza now i could have made their job harded by being a butt about it but why. they did not do it to make me mad or anything they were just having a hard night and i did not want to make it harder even tho i was told that r pizza would be there in 44 mins. i had a choice i could be an ass or not and i choose not to and got a dinner for free. there is no excuse for bad behavier. just let it go they did nothing and ur really making yourself look like an ass.

How dare anyone question the institution. Sounds to me a lot of the OLD guard gathering troops. Like many of the posts im now reading. I believe many casinos have or are evolving. New ideas, better customer support, better social skills , better more transparent bonuses, speedier payouts. Those who seek to keep the status quo are doomed to failer. Much like many outdated and draconian replys ive seen here lately. 56 k modems are no longer the norm, and if age is the argument that some wish to use as a defence then i suggest they take a look at the FORBEs top 100. 70% are under the age of 30.
What does this have to do with the way you treated the CSR and the way you used CM as a threat?
And the fact that you literally had a hissy fit that you weren't given a bonus immediately because YOUR account was flagged and needed to be checked out first before you were given your bonus?
Am I missing something?
Are you understanding that customer service does NOT mean that it is OK for the Customer to treat the representatives like dog meat? REGARDLESS OF THE INDUSTRY?
