My housband played a bonus no-deposit, the casino requested him documents and say that they aren't right, he ask to retourn deposit (20$) that was necessary for withdrawal and they didn't give him !!!

What documents did he supply?

Have to say this is a pretty wild accusation without providing more information.

What was he asked for and what did he provide? Also did he meet the wagering requirements for the bonus?

No need to worry about the username, your housband is pretty well known here.

OK a couple of things on this one.

Firstly the documents supplied were obviously forged using a cheap biro and most probably paint shop pro on your PC. Scanning pictures of people found on a Google search before using Paint Shop Pro to cut this picture into your 'ID'. Your Housbands signature and name on the ID seems to have been printed in a white box on the ID supplied...the original ID's do not have this.

Secondly the following extract from your housbands chat with cashier seems to say it all....

And I quote....

"GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY!!!! YOU CANNOT TAKE MY MONEY FUCKYNG DIRTY CHEATER!!!!!!!!!!STUPID AND UNSERIUSLY!!!! I WRITE IN
CASINOMEISTER THAT YOU TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!!"

Now its hard IMO to win at Aladdins, weird cause I win at CW all the time. However no one on here is gonna take a new poster seriously when they are complaining about an accredited without proof.

Got a minor issue last weekend when I requested my first withdrawl here, after contacting support all was solved in a minute and got my cash within 24 hours.
And yes, the new lobby is VERY cool indeed!
