Swiss Casino - changing wagering requirements

Last week I opened a "Play for money" account with the Playtech site Swiss Casino, because they allow BJ for the (sticky) bonus and wagering requirements, posted in their Terms & Conditions as 25 x for GBP currency. As soon as I tried to make my first deposit, I was approached by a casino rep. with online chat, offering me 200% (instead of 100%) welcome bonus, if I would start with 200 GBP, wich I gladly accepted. To be on the safe side, I specifically asked, if the wagering requirements remained the same = 25 x deposit + bonus and got it confirmed (unfortunately I forgot to safe that chat!).

Anyway, I passed the wagering requirements after a few hours and asked for a withdrawal of 1'100 GBP (1,500 total minus sticky bonus). Only afterwards did I check the email confirming the welcome bonus and had to learn that the requirement was changed all of a sudden to 30x deposit plus bonus! My emails complaining about the discrepancy between their posted consitions and their confirmation email were answered vagely with some standard text, but nobody from their side really addressed the issue. It's like being forced to change horses in the middle of a race ... and I feel it's not only confusing but also dishonest.

Lesson learned: Even after starting to play online, I need to check any emails arriving from the casino right away to avoid being taken for a ride.

well I would save the chats as well.

Also I would probably in this case do the extra 5* deposit + bonus. It is not much, and maybe easier than battling the casino.

I understand that this issue was resolved offline. It would have been nice if someone -- OP? -- had let us know.
