Because bingo is not a game I've ever heard people playing to try and exploit a bonus. If it was video poker, blackjack, or something, I'd understand.

He already said why he made this mistake.

"Had a Bonus Bingo coupon before and after next deposit, came back to Bonus Bingo automatically."

I'm STILL trying to wrap my head around the fact that anyone claims a SLOT coupon, and proceeds to play any game BUT slots. I wouldn't even have to read the T&C's on that one.
Plenty of casinos allow you to play other games for slots bonuses. You just have to complete the wagering on slots.

In the same vein, I don't believe that a casino should have to pay for the "mistake" of a player, innocent mistake or not.
I don't see any evidence that the casino is 'paying' for anything. The player won hundreds of dollars on slots, on a slot bonus. Paying player wins is what casinos do.

The player broke the rules, the casino is within its rights to void his win, but not necessarily right to do so.

Not when the terms leave no margin for error. The terms couldn't have stated it any clearer than they did. Play any other games than slots, have your winnings voided. There's a difference between terms you deem to be unfair, and terms that are IMPOSSIBLE to win by. You may see Inet's terms as unfair, but they are clear.
They are hardly that clear. The slot coupon doesn't say "If you play anything other than slots, your winnings will be void". You have to read the small print, somewhere else, which says "excluded games", which isn't explicitly defined. It clearly could be clearer. Number one, they could put "don't play any other games" in the coupon. Number two, they could define the term "excluded games" in the small print.

The terms are there for sure, but it stretches things a bit to say they couldn't be clearer.

    How many people missed this??

@tklein - don't be such a cry-baby. Read the Terms and Conditions or don't accept the bonus. Simple as that.

Perhaps I should create a new forum entitled "Boo-f**king-hoo Complaints"

Thread upgrade to closed for being a bloody waste of time.
