    Is this fair?

    Talk about ironic too.

I hit a jackpot while playing with a birthday bonus sent to me by InterCasino UK. Wagering was only £400, but when I checked in the promotions tab, it was counting towards a long lost bonus of around three months ago.

Support tells me, and I quote,

"Please note that bonuses run on a cumulative basis, therefore any wagering completed will always count towards the oldest outstanding bonus on your account at that time."

I don't see how the bonus can be outstanding, as I lost it before I even met half way, so I ask, is this fair?

Well, it is their policy. Always has been, and is not hidden. I don't think it is a good one, and not much of a birthday present for you. But on the bright side, you've cleared away part of your outstanding "debt" for having lost using a bonus before.

That's actually shocked me. I'm sure I've never had a bonus carry over before, and I've certainly busted out many a time. Means my £20 bonus carries a wager of over two grand now, but never mind.

Thanks for informing me of that policy.

its funny that several months ago i think i took there monthly match bonus about 3-4 months in a row, i checked my bonus history and i never had any wagering to carry over, i know i didnt meet the wagering requirments to cash out,but it wasnt carried over to the following month, are the rules different for different people
    I gave up gambling,
Now all i ever do is make mind bets,
You never bet any real money you only bet in your mind.
The results are fairly good, ive only lost my mind 5 times so far this month

Rules probably are different for different type of bonuses. ND bonus such as a birthday bonus might carry a different set of terms. Hopefully you will meet and clear all the wagering on all your held bonuse requirements.

Not looking likely! At this stage I have to wager £1849 which is the remaining 60 odd percent of a slots bonus that I took in August and busted out of, followed by £400 for the ND birthday bonus. All with a balance of £140.
