How much was your deposit, and what % was the bonus? Either way, good luck getting paid by this group....they say they have turned over a new leaf, but that has yet to be determined.

POC is one of that group, possibly the most notorious casino group on the 'net.

I doubt you'll ever get paid, so don't hold your breath. But....on occasion, this bunch of crooks will pay a few players so that you will get all warm and fuzzy inside, and come back here and post how you did get paid from them......thereby sucking in new blood for the casino. Then you'll maybe even be tempted to deposit with them, because they paid you this one time.

DON'T DO IT!!! Run as fast and as far as you can from this casino, and the rest of the Virtual Group. This particular branch of the group includes Coolcat, Club Player, Palace of Chance and Cirrus. But there are dozens of others in the Virtual stable.

Please read the link that Max has posted re: Rogue Section. And familiarize yourself with the names listed under Virtual. Do not ever be tempted to play at any of them. Do not deposit at any of them. Do not give any of them your credit card info or banking info. They are crooks, plain and simple.

Chalk this up to a lesson learned, and in the future do some research before you play anywhere. Don't just trust a site that has tons of banners all over it either, because some of the affiliate sites you run across do not care if you get paid or not, and will urge you to play anywhere it will make THEM some money.

Either type the casino name and the word complaints or problems into Google. Or come to this site and use the search function located at the top of the forum. You'll get a pretty good idea of who's okay and who isn't. You can also make a post in the Online Casinos section, asking for opinions on a certain casino.

Best of luck to you in your future gaming endeavours.
