i registered with www.casinolive247.com and got the bonus $20 on there terms and conditions it stated that if i sucessfuly use the bonus and bet it a total of 40 times iand make a #40 deposit i can then withdraw the funds so yesterday 15/09/2008 i made the 40x betting and had $250 in avalable funds that can be withdrawn but when i contacted live help they explained that the actual betting playthrough was 80x the bonus which i made this limit late yesterday afternoon so now i had betted a total of 80x the bonus but while i was in chart with support they were changing there terms and conditions pages and they told me this as i was chatting with them they said sir thanx for bringing this to out attention but the betting playthrough as of now is 160x the bonus because australia isnt listed on any bonus hitlists for online casinos

so i said ok i will spend it all in trying to make the 160x bonus
yet again i had a run of good luck
i now got the bonus upto 215x the original bonus i better a total of $4500 and also had $1050 avalable in my account
but then support changed the rules for me again and stated i need to bet the bonus upto $6400 in order to qualify
and as soon as i come close to this new mark they increased it to $8000 minimum playthrough
so i simply told them to shove it and i went max bets on there games and blew the lot of the funds

they are a philipino based casino and i assume they are running some scams to get money and make rules to suit themselves as they wish

whats happened recently is i got there $20 bonus and actualy wagered on roulet and got to the point i wagered it to a total of $4300 in bets and had $1057 in avalable funds then they said i still need to wager this to a total of 400x playthrough because im in australia the more i won the more they increased the play through requirements so eventualy i endedup spending all the funds in trying to reach there new play through requirements

Two things (I have only read chapter 1);
A) When they told you the WR had increased from x80 to x400 why did you carry on playing? That was the time you should have double checked with the casino, and then come here if you couldn't get it sorted. Trying to meet that sort of WR on Roulette is an impossible task - unless you're 'the one' who finally found the way to beat roulette...

B) You should have posted this in Casino Complaints - Bonus issues.

That sounds pretty grim and what they say does not add up.
Do you have screenshots of T&C's or were you only ever told of WR through chat?
I think once I had met the original WR I would of just made the deposit and then tried to withdraw to see what happened.
If the withdrawal was denied you would have an even stronger case.
When you questioned why the WR was different they gave you different and seemingly spurious answers which would suggest the deception was a deliberate attempt to keep you wagering until you lost it all.
You had a freakish run of fortune that they were not prepared for and they now want to wriggle free from their obligations.

1. It states very clearly it is not 160 times, and at no time did we raise the playthroughs. Playthrough is 80 times. He was informed he is NOT on the list for the 160 times playthrough. As you can see on the screenshots, which he has posted by himself.

2. If he wins on his bouns money that is very good., as he will be telling others.

3. SO why is he now claiming that we promissed to pay him money using Neteller?
