i even tried to contact the company that you say regulates your site but i think this site has closed down or somthing because i get errors while contacting them by there email addresses on there site email dosnt exist

i just did a search into the site and found there list of licenced operators and your isnt listed in there anywhere

This isnt fair play matey and even if this isnt extortion its pretty close. Even if the info given to you were wrong you could still have waited until this was cleared up before committing yourself to play so recklessly. It seemed that you bet huge in a rage of anger and you assumed that they were going to raise the WRs endlessly otherwise you could have bet in much smaller increments.

Now if the casino is sincere in honouring its commitments it should now state whether Czarmuzz had met the WRs when contacting live chat. If so, given that he was misled, it should reinstate the balance to the account. A deposit of $40 can then be made and if there are then further WRs to be met so be it.
