1. Let me assure you we don't have any playthroughs of 400 times... He is from Australia and the playthrough is 80 times, which is posted very clearly and which he even made a screenshot of. He is the one doing calculations saying otherwise. This is from the post he himself made:

I don't know anything about this casino, but looking at the games that were played, i.e. roulette, baccarat, if this casino has a similar 'weighting' structure to others, it's quite possible that those games count for a lesser percentage than the usual slots 100%. Therefore, if $20 x 80 WR = $1600 playthrough, but if roulette counts 50%, baccarat 10%, that would explain the conflicting WRs stated, as each game contributes a different %, therefore each time the game is changed, so does the WR.
I could be on the wrong tracks here, but that seems plausible |

if your rules have been posted for along time then why the day im mention did you change the wr as soon as i met the original one i registered with
and why did you say a operator recently uploaded incorreect terms and conditions pages if they have been the same terms and conditions then why and how did incorrect ones get uploaded and also why was i told the chat assistant was giving me false information you can clearly see in these chats between myself and the live assistant the wr was mentioned to them many times and when i asked about the wr they mention 6400 but also mentions $8000 i doubt weather you realy acredited with propper licencing because no other company i know will change the terms and conditions pages as soon as someone fullfills them |

and btw way casinolive you have never replied to one of my countless emails i have sent you in regards to this matter and your online support has been permantly offline for the past 2 days
i dont care about money im not requesting money from you just a honest answer to why live chat was making the wr an impossible task for anyone to do if you can do this with the bonus wr i wonder what other tricks you have to prevent paying members why do want to make a withdrawl live chat never gave me a straight answer i only started to get the right answers after i spent the remaining funds in order to try to get to wagering $8000 which in my opinion is a impossible task even if your chat assistant was giving me incorrect answers and the site op was uploading incorrect information on to your homepage its still your company same rules apply in store catalogs if somthing is listed as half price or less in the catalog they need to sell it for this i dont see the difference in online stores and online casinos |

read last paragraph
if you look at the last few paragraphs casinolive247 states the minimum playthrough for me is 6400
in my calculations this works out to 320xplaythrough but in later conversations after i finaly spend all remaining funds in trying to reach the $8000 playthrough they said lets say its only $6400 as stated in last section here this blows the part where they say 80x nothing more nothing less as you can see by the dates and times i was only informed about this 80x nothing more nothing less after i had no funds left to wager and you say im trying to extort money from you i think its you who do the extorting here |

The site states 80x WR so no matter what live chat says once you have wagered $1600 that's it.
On the extortion, a copy of the live chat should explain everything. If Czarmuzz doesnt have a copy of it then casinolive247 should make it available to end the dispute. |
