[ROGUE] Palace of chance more like palace of crap

2/28/2008 12:45:24 PM Promo Credit Deposit Approved! $25.00

Now i had a 50 deposit live chat gave me a bonus code to use and yes i had a copy of chat was good for any real time slot game. After i won i asked live support about cashout they said account closed i called them. I wont repeat the words they used disgusting at best. Once i calmed them down they said wrong coupon took my winnings and adjusted my account and stated take it or leave it. Was my last deposit with them and learned fast the reasons behind only playing on accredited casino listings.

So they took back $162.50 and then closed your account? What did they do with the rest of the money? Just took it?

Maybe you should post the at APCW with J. Todd. He asked all to post their problems, didn't he? He should have been more careful about what he wished for. Looks like he is getting more than he wanted to handle.

As the old saying goes "You can put a dress on a pig but it's still a pig."

I had taken a bonus out so as i was playing i hit 5 ronins for close to a thousand
but as we know with a bonus comes playthrough. I had finished playthrough and when i went to withdraw is when the problems came in. Even the coupon code they have there isnt the one i had entered in. Live chat closed off my account, so i had to call them to find out why. Thats when after i calmed down the rep he said he would fix my account was best he could do take it or loose it one or other. He had also stated that the copy of chat i had he noticed his rep did give me the wrong coupon code for my deposit so there was nothing he could do but either lock me out or adjust it.

It still amazes me that people still send them their money, almost makes me want to move to a third world country and open up a casino..

You know why this is still happening Robwin it those darn forums that put up posts about these kind of casinos like coolcat prism etc.
Forum MODS should not be posting bad casinos or letting people post period about these casinos. The more people post about rogue casinos the more newbies see this and think well if they post it on thier forum they must be good.
I blame alot on the forums for advertising for them.

    J Todd

Isn't our esteemed friend J Todd PROMOTING these casinos!!!!

THIS is how they still get to screw over players. Portals with seemingly good reputations are promoting bad casinos, and players trust "good" portals so assume all the bad things that they MAY have heard about a casino are just "sour grapes".

Lauram's posting shows this happened THIS FEBRUARY, and is surely PROOF that the "new management" are yet again following the same rogue model whilst pretending to turn over yet another new leaf.

This is the clearest example of their "bait and switch" approach that ensures players can NEVER EVER WIN. If they lose, it was the "right code", if they come out ahead, then all of a sudden it is "the wrong code, sorry & all that, but the best we can do is.......".

RTG are still staring at their navel, and portals with "clout" still have faith that somehow "it's different this time", but it never is.

Maybe the time is near for a rogue pit for PORTALS that persist in placing their own interests ahead of those of players.

Simply having J Todd fix those problems for those who make the most noise will NOT cure the underlying disease, it will only prolong the period during which this group will have the opportunity to fleece players.

Yea you absolutely right about that Vinyl and what about all the players that are getting screwed by this outfit that don't even know about sites like Casinomeister or the APCW, those poor saps have about the same chance of getting paid their winnings as a snowball chance in hell...

You're right, VWM. But we haven't seen J.Todd or anybody else fixing anything. Nobody has been paid that we know of. So unless something comes of it, hot air is still hot air. Actions speak louder than words. ETC.

I don't know why I never got burned by a casino. Could it be that I never got to cashout much?

yes, but.. the right thing to do...

This is exactly why Lauram posted this. Yes, it's from February BUT this has been ongoing for who knows how many years. In my situation we had "Andre" as manager.. with "Dean" the "helpful, friendly employee who wants to help the player"
Then Andre is gone and Good Ol' Dean doesn't even need training to take over "how to screw people over". (Amnesia sets in and he has no conscience or morals for promises made Cuz now he's a "Hot shot"! ).
It's very sad that they CAN'T turn over that new leaf!! I guess for some it's not possible, I myself believe "where there's a will there's a way" and "it's never too late to start or try"

And FYI everyone JTodd IS working on this from what I understand. He has been in contact with me directly and I have provided him with what I can. He in turn also has others involved. So I thank him for that!

I can only hope for the best and that Dean can actually have an ounce of dignity and just follow through with the promise he made to me and my kids.
I certainly am not stupid enough to get my hopes up over that again. I just know it would be the right thing to do. IMHO.
