RESOLVED: Today i got this email:

Our Casino Department have investigated your account regarding the play only bonus for £25 you received on the 01/09 and the second one you received on the 16/09, and regarding the £50 that were removed from your account as a result of your withdrawal and they have re-credited your account with a £25 Cash bonus which is redeemable.

This is due to the first non redeemable bonus that you played down to £0.10 and then re deposited for the re-load bonus. This £25 as I said earlier has now been re-credited.

Mansion really annoy me with this - they have been told to fix it before and still fail to do so. No other Playtech Casino that I play at suffers from the problem so what the hell they are doing I don't know...

(Yes, I am annoyed because this little problem of theirs cost me a fair amount previously!)

They bought the domain a few years back, it was being used as a portal but they are now using it as an operator.
