I tried that last week. Phone was permanently engaged (odd for a call centre
), my Emails were both ignored, and I finally got through on live chat. 45 minutes later, all I could get was it being "referred to management". 5 working days later? Sweet FA has happened
Come along this weekend, AGAIN it doesn't work, different error this time.
Another 45 minutes on live chat to get it referred to management (or the waste paper basket it seems) - not a chance, forget it.
