Well........you could start by removing this little catch-all winners gem,

This bonus will be denied, declined, or revoked from players who are deemed to abuse the spirit of any promotional offers."

"real" players? What are "unreal" players?

"played for entertainment"? Don't you mean played like an irresponsible goose?

"abuse the spirit"? Ahhhhh..... there it is. And I thought you were all about the letter of the bonus T+Cs Law.

You want it both ways. And the only thing in your defense is that the majority of online gaming establishments are just like you.

why don you say in your T&Cs

after you have met the W/R you MUST cashout you must not play any other games (must not pass go and must not collect $200) and wait 7-10 days for your money (hopefully youll get tired of waiting and reverse it and lose), if you do want to play again you can always deposit again (the same amount you withdrew in the first place)

whats the difference in allowing play on any game after W/R are met than having to go through the hassle of withdrawing then having to deposit again to continue playing because it was me i wouldnt want to through that hassle

Since the bonus is CASHABLE - absolutely none! It confers no advantage whatsoever to the player if they play a different game package straight away after meeting WR, or withdraw and then redeposit and switch packages.
The term is completely unnecessary to protect against bonus abuse, it's only purpose is to add unnecessary traps for the unwary player that gives the casino the chance to apply the rule to boost profits.

If this was a normal Playtech, and the bonus was removed rather than being cashable, only then would there be an advantage for a player to switch to a different game package rather than withdrawing after meeting WR, and this is normally from taking a slots bonus, meeting WR, and making a full balance bet on a 50/50 outcome to gain extra value from a sticky bonus.

I totaly agree with this. I was the first to post this complaint and never came back to check on it. I have noticed this today and tried to log back in my City Club Casino Account and it says my account has been locked. Marvellous. Not only did they take my money fraudulently, now they won't let me in the account so I play again. What a ripe off of a Casino. I wish I had not wasted my time playing at that one.
