Canbet - the chaos company - WARNING
Be warned, at Canbet, no one knows what is going on in their system. The whole support has no clue and lies at the mails (or is just too stupid or ignorant)
They owe me a 100% Bonus since 7 days now. I get stupid mail answers only. EG: I have now updated your account with the bonus:" - I look to account, NO BONUS !! Or the support says it is my fault that the system is wrong about the bonus, because I would all the time transfer funds between accounts.. LOL - I havn't done so. It is just their broken cashier system that has totally wrong numbers in the transaction lists. Example: 09/05/2008 10:40:28 Deposit (-231.95 EUR @ 1.54633) into Poker USD 150.00 I havn't put nothing to poker since months !!!! And why are 150 US$ = -231,95 EUR ??? Actually, I put 150 EUR to Casino !! And this goes on with all the lines in the transaction list... CHAOS I had it 2 times now, that I deposited funds to casino and the money was gone from Moneybookers but wasn't credited to casino. Each time I had to claim and beg to get my deposit credited to my account... BROKEN SYSTEM If you do not claim and beg and mail and chat, NOTHING happens, NOTHING !!! |

SOLVED !!!
Hi,
just 12 hours after I contacted rep and posted this I got the bonus. Good job rep. THX But it is really a chaos there. When I look at the mail I got from them in this issue, I only can imagine that they were written by diff. people, noone knowing what the other is doing and so on... |
