    Phew!

At last, "Normal service" has been resumed at Virtual group. I was beginning to worry that they were REALLY turning over a new leaf this time.

I see all the old habits die hard, make promises, invent excuses, then tamper with the transaction history prior to locking the account.

The tampering of the transaction history is the biggest indicator that they are indeed crooks, and deserve their place as "Queen of rogue city". It indicates they may well have misused your card info, and are covering up the evidence. I bet the amounts were modest, not something that many players would worry about once support assured them the inconsistencies were down to how the system batches transactions. I am wondering if this "theft of a thousand cuts" is far more widespread; small extra charges on the account of a regular player will probably pass unnoticed, but they add up to a tidy profit in the bigger picture.

If you played Blackjack with a slots bonus, and here of all places, you are the architect of your own downfall, this group does NOT need excuses to void payment, they are capable of inventing their own.
I doubt these postings had much to do with non-payment. This was pretty obvious when that "overnight" check was never cut and sent. I expect they hoped you would rant in public, and threaten a chargeback, which would play into their hands and provide them a reason not to pay out.

To those who STILL think they are OK because THEY get paid, worry, because next time, as they say in our UK Lottery ads, IT COULD BE YOU!

probably i get bashed for my opinion but i have to add my 2 cents on it.

First i think that ranham is the true "crook" in this case, alltough at other problemcases inlcuding the virtualgroup, it may be the otherside!

The facts are clearly in this case, ranham used a Slots & Keno ONLY!! bonus coupon and played blackjack with it!
If he took only 5 minutes to look at the promotion Terms, he would have seen that playing any games beside slots & Keno on a "slots & Keno ONLY" bonus will void all winnings.

But instead for kicking his own ass for his dumbness of playing blackjack in this case, he opens a threat called "coolcat crooks"

Now the coolcatcasino manager Chris came here and pointet ranham to the Terms that he broke, but as a gesture of goodwill, Chris agreed to pay him out the full amount.

Renember There was no need to this because ranham clearly violated the bonus rules, and im sure alot of other casinos will remove your winnings, without any discussion, if you play blackjack on a slots only bonus!

And now instead of having a little patience and wait for the money, he isnt really eglible for, ranham starts moaning again and wonders why no money is coming...

While I appreciate your input if you read Chris' posting he clearly admits that Cool Cat made the mistake in denying me my winnings. Don't for a second think that he was doing this as a good will gesture or out of the kindness of his heart. And as far as whining goes, I think waiting well over a month to try and get a resolution to this is pretty patient. You also are not privy to all the conversations I had with customer service, accounting and other Cool Cat employees who made promises which were not kept, lied, mis-directed me and then decided arbitrarily that they just didnt think they should pay. By all means feel free to play at Cool Cat if you want but they were on the Rogue List long before I ever complained about them. CM doesnt do that unless it is well justified.

I won the 2000 off of a $40 deposit and used a Bonus Code for 240% of what I deposited. I didn't have a play through or a max cashout so I pretty much won it and cashed out in the same night. It took about 10 days to have my 2000 cashout approved and about another week from there to get it sent to me. I requested a check but was pleasantly surprised to find out they wired it instead via Moneygram. Every time I had to speak with a CSR they were about up to par with the other internet casinos Ive played at in the past.

All in all though Ive seen that they take quite a bit of flack but wanted to chime in with my positive experience. I can not speak for anyone else though but I feel that my experience start to finish was professionally handled and I got paid within the time they stated. I can say that I will indeed be gambling at Cool Cat again in the future (read "after I post this").

Why is it always a new poster, who magically finds this thread, and has gotten paid a large amount and quickly?

Surely you arent suggesting Cool Cat would put someone up to something so questionable?

If you are suggesting me then you're allegation is way off the mark. I have already had a pm from someone asking if i was a shill. Personally I have never played at cool cats, but I have at other VG casinos (one I didn't know was VG none of which I have yet had a problem at (lucky? I don't know). What I do know is I always check the rules behind the coupons both by reading and checking with live support. Now I may be back in a few days to say a 4 figure withdrawal has now gone beyond the stated terms for approval.

The pattern I see on here is if someone has a problem, and plenty other casino groups have on going complaints against them, and someone comes on who states they have been paid and never had a problem then they must work for that group or are connected to that group. I have read all the problems from 12 months plus ago but I have only been gaming since about September. When i have a problem they lose my custom, if they continue to pay me, what can I do?

No it wasn't paranoid, it was a case of not reading the previous posts properly and receiving a pm a few days previously. There are some very suspicious people on these boards, and there are also people like me who have been fortunate in never being ripped off at any casino regardless of software used. Maybe one of the reasons I have been 'lucky' is I am not one to constantly seek out something for nothing.

PS in about 3 days time I may be coming back on to say something completely different.

    New subtlety

    Sad, but still funny.

I like it when the schills list whatever casino group they are schilling for as their "favorite" on their public profile. This guy Xanthious is apparently too sophisticated to do that. If he had said $200 instead of $2000 I might have actually believed him.
