    I'm joining in here too. Got the same problem, only template emails in which they say I have breached their T&C, which I didn't. No answers on my question at all, I received my deposit back in neteller but I don't stop sending them emails. Because I want my ~$400 winnings!
    Also they are not very keen on fast reply...

    I feel like i'm the only one just getting totally ignored by these people. Please, are there any further updates as to what is going on. Despite numerous emails, submitted and threatened complaints, telephone calls and live chats I have nothing! Haven't even responded to me since 30/01/08.

    Plan to call 888 tomor for all the good it'll do me

    Have you asked them to refer your case to their management? I am sure it didn't make any difference in my case, but they did seem to agree to give me both sets of winnings once I asked them to refer my case.

    Also, as VinylWM has hinted at, it may be a case of how your playing pattern looks to them - I presume you didn't just go and flatbet thousands of hands on BJ or anything like that?

    Don't worry, lots of people are being ignored. Me for one: they gave me the email of a so called contact, he said he was busy and would get back to me the following day. That was Wednesday and I haven't heard a peep since.

    Just a heads up that I'm back in the saddle again. I was out all last week on holiday, and it's good to have Max and Simmo! on board dealing with some of these issues.

    I am just catching up with this Luck Ace problem - and I foresee an amicable conclusion since I am aware that the casino is determined to pay the players who have not violated the terms and conditions. But like with any surge of complaints (as this issue for example) there is player fraud.

    During my absence, a number of members have been setting up bogus accounts in this forum - some are participating in this thread So cutting to the chase - these accounts will be banned as soon as I get to them - and their PABs will be discarded.

    Looks like a busy day.

    Hey all, my first post. I registered here soon after I heard there were problems with LuckyAce. I had just played there, strictly within the T&C, and won a four-figure amount of money. I never received the bonus abuse email, but no money either, so I concluded the email was coming soon.

    However, today after some 14+ days of waiting, all my winnings have been paid to my credit card! So good news, obviously all the pressure put on this company has paid off. Great thanks to everyone involved!

    Sorry, but it's just hard to believe that they singled you out to be paid when so many others haven't, and they didn't break the T&C either.
