I got the same e-mail today... will be happy once I'm paid![]()
Good post, Slot Wizard.
I believe that 888.com / Kamay / Luckyace copped a lot of pressure from several sources, which is probably the main reason for this apparent return to sanity by reviewing all cases and sorting out the wheat (for full and proper payment) from the chaff.
It may take a few days to un-bugger this awful mess and it's important to keep the pressure on in the meantime imo - neither Luckyace or 888.com can be enjoying the impact this is having on their search engine business and general loss of player interest.
As to reputation - any company that is a party to this sort of disgraceful rip-off is probably not too concerned about what people think of them, anyway.
But when it comes to the more immediate prospect of losing business, that seems to focus their minds every time.

I also have the email saying they will pay me my outstanding funds ($700+)
I did threaten them with various actions including the GRA over a 4 day period , I did not PAB though.
Hope the rest of you guys get paid.
Hank, you are based in the UK. I stick to our local brand names. I dont recall any major complaint. if you think about it, bonuses dont normally amout to much & if you chase the unknown, you will end up getting stung for more than you could make at a reputable site.
http://luckyace.com/
Is this a valid site?
1) thay have 2 different affiliate links directing to luckyacecasino
2) they are advertizing payment providers which I dont think is allowed unless it it is the actual site
3) IGC proud member?
Im not too sure on the rules for landing pages but i dont think that page is allowed, I may be wrong

I haven't got anything from luckyace in few days. Should I just wait for a while or should I send email to them with demanding my play logs and get my situation reviewed by senior management? (and maybe threaten with actions with GRA![]()
Stick them with a GRA complaint - they deserve it for any number of reasons.

Even if they are paying a few players because of the intense pressures, what about all those who lost, and have no idea they would have been in such a mess had they had the nerve to win. Even those players who had their accounts locked might find that the casino will make friendly overtures to them in order to get them playing again at a later date.
They are also probably going to gear up their spamming campaign, perhaps after tweaking the rules to make a rip-off easier, as they have to replace all these "winning players" they don't want with some that will consistently lose.
We STILL need to see some game logs from players deemed to be "bonus abusers", even if they were eventually paid and locked out. This will tell us whether this was REALLY about "bonus abuse", or whether there is some hidden agenda behind the decisions, such as having to stall due to too many winners from an underfunded launch, due to a badly desinged spamming campaign (too successful) coupled with an over generous SUB.

I'd lay odds that these people are only oiling the squeaky wheels, too - there are probably many more winning players out there who have been hammered in this iniquitous manner but who don't know the value of being members of a forum and therefore do not benefit from being one of the squeaky wheels.
