I think you have to make a public apology to Bryan. It's not fair. You don't know how it's difficult to make such site like CasinoMeister and how it's difficult to run such forum and moreover to help players.

If he didn't earn from this site you would never see such site with such forum and help. And I'm not sure that most of players sign up through their links. Usually players visit this forum when they've already signed up at a casino and have already had complaints. If all players signed up at casinos through Bryan's site in most cases they wouldn't have any problems.

I thought I had heard the name "Elen Garth" before.

If this phony(made up) person has anything to do with a website you can bet they will spam you and scam you... Anyone wonder who Elen Garth really is? I have a perdy good idea of who Elen Garth really is... But without proof I won't name names.... yet.

Added: Elsa Sterckx, seems to be the same person as Elen Garth... This is getting interesting, in a spammy kinda way.
Beware... Killer Teddy in the house...

Well.. let's see... how many players signed up through Casinomeister banners/links for their brand new Luckyace accounts??

Maybe I'm wrong, but I think I'd be irate with the affiliate who hosted the link/promo that I clicked to download and sign up at Luckyace -- not Bryan, Max, and the Casinomeister site -- who are trying to help.

    ........

BTW... are the affiliates who promoted this crap white label not able to mediate any of these disputes between their players and Luckyace?

I know her, she was really an affiliate manager of PokerBility and Mylotto. I remember how she offered me business with Pokerbility, and I didn't agree to work with them , because Pokerbility seemed unfair for me, maybe it's not true but I always feel I can trust affiliate program or not.

She also made a lot of advertising posts of LuckAcePartners on Russian forums and directories. And in these posts she told that LuckyAcePartners was from MyLotto.com creators.

Sad thing is, for too many affiliates, that's the best reason to promote crap like this...
That right there tells you something important about the Luckyace attitude to players imo.

This, together with those mysterious Russian connections should have players running as far away as possible from these folks.

That's great news for those who have had their accounts re-opened and their winnings paid.... maybe there is hope for this casino after all.
What arrogance and a total lack of client sensitivity. Accuse a customer of "bonus abuse" but refuse to specify on what grounds the accusation is made.

This sort of refusal to back up an allegation (of bonus abuse) with facts, along with the "resurrection" of some accounts and full payments being finally made indicates to me that this is another of those massive promo blunders which we see from time to time on the operator side.

It's usually a case of a too generous promo which results in a panic reaction when the money starts flowing out, followed by throwing out the baby with the bathwater through locking (winning) accounts indiscriminately.

This is the reason why smart operators don't go the "this decision is final and irreversible" or use the "FU clause" which just loses business that might otherwise be salvaged through reconsideration by wiser heads at a higher level of management.

Hopefully we might see some sanity starting to take hold in the coming days, and more of these silly decisions revisited, because this issue continues to gain momentum and will not go away quietly.

You know, it's a damn shame that there has to be a loud outcry from public forums like Casinomeister before a casino can finally see the err of their ways and maybe start correcting things...you would think they would be half way intelligent individuals running these businesses...

Unfortunately not all operators are smart (or honest) - or they allow the wrong people to make key decisions at lower levels of management.

    I wasnt the one asking.
Didnt see the need to when this guy, Aka23 and my affiliate had already asked support about this and all three got the same clear-cut answer.
